Placed an order, received email from Just Fashion reflecting items. Sizes were wrong, they had me ordering the same item numerous times. NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cancelled within 24 hours, actually same day order was placed on 10. 25. 21 but they kept sending me BS emails, completely ignoring the issues. This company needs to be investigated due to their very questionable business practices. Go figure, it is GB and China. I have all email communications between myself and this scamming company, Just Fashion Now. I have been dealing with these morons for 9 days now and they still ignore the issues and will not refund my credit card. NINE FREAKING DAYS OF DEALING WITH IDIOTS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORDS "CANCEL MY OFRDER". Am hoping my credit card company can get this nightmare company out of my life and MY MONEY REFUNDED.

This is my second purchase of tops and I like them a lot. The first ones are some of my favorites and I think these will be too. The shipping time is a little long but so has been worth the wait.
The app dumped my order the first time before I could complete it and I had to redo it. Ok the second time.
Not 1 piece fit. The sizing chart is wrong. Every piece was AT LEAST 2 sizes smaller. The refund amount is infinitesimal. I will NEVER shop there again.

Sizes of different items differ. There is the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size in the product detailed. You could compare them with your measurements.
I love the clothes. I had a bad experience with the sizing a few months ago so I'm waiting for delivery before i say if I'm satisfied with the products.
Do not buy from this company, they will take your money! I had a horrible experience with this company. They never sent a pair of shoes that I ordered and never refunded my money. For the remaining items apart of the order, they took over a month to send. Then when I finally received the order, the shoes did not fit and I requested a return label on their website. On their website, they promise to send the return label w/n 24 hours if you submit a request. However, they did not do that. They sent the return label 5 days later. I returned my shoes within the 15 day return policy and never received my money back. On top of that, it was extremely difficult getting in touch with them. There is no clear way to get in touch with them and receive a response. I have sent several emails and messages on their site that they never responded to. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I think this company is a scam. I think they quickly make a cheap inferior copy of the picture placed on the never ending emails and pictures from this company. There are no people? Its a weird and strange shop who trick you into thinking they are a reputable company and just take your money. How stupid are we to just hand over money when a nice dress appears on our computer. We are also naive to trust online stores we know nothing about. I feel stupid that I fell for it.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
