The site was easy to navigte and the prices of the shoes are reasonable and affordable. I was disappointed with the comfort of some of the shoes. The soles were hard and uncomfortable.
I received children's shoes and a pair of shoes that were too small for my foot. Anyway called get thinks straighten out. Trying to get the shipping label, I had emailed to my PC. Customer service did help me.

I can not believe the quality of these boots. Just $10?! I will be a JustFab customer for a long time. The regular prices are also very low, but the Quality is High!
I ordered 6 pairs of boots, all size 8.5 from JustFab. I received 3 pairs that were 8.5 and 3 pairs that were size 8. I tried to exchange the 3 pairs that were sent in the wrong size. One went of stock. The 2 other boots were shipped back to me a 2nd time as size 8 again. I decided to cancel the exchange and just do a refund. After several more calls to JustFab to confirm they received the returns, I finally was able to request a refund that will take several weeks for them to mail me a check. This was after being told to call to allow them to receive in my returns and having to call again when it had not been ample time for them to receive in the return (they needed 3 weeks instead of the 2 weeks it had been). This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with an online company. I do not plan to work with JustFab again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought done boots for mundane girls and they loved them. The fit colour and style were great. I also bought a duffel bag and was surprised by how large it was. It will easily accommodate everything I need when I travel

Bought a pair of tactical boots. Comfortable Price was right. Only paid 8.50 delivered Then cancelled my membership I'm sure it will all work out.
I had ordered a pair of boots, and they got lost in the mail or stolen, and they jumped right in and sent me another pair, no extra charge. My original ordered pair was out of stock but I just received my new pair and they are great. Highly recommend this company, just for customer service alone. The shoes are great too

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
