I ordered two pairs of shoes fro JustFab but didn't know it was a monthly ting until now so I cancel my VIO membership ASAP! I hope they won't take money out of my account ever again because I'll be very mad.
In december I was suckered into their deal of being a new customer you get 75% off your first order. I ordered myself boots and they made me put my email address and billing information and how I would like to pay. I put through paypal and it is connected to my credit card. I was charged $15.69 for the pair of boots and happily paid that charge. Now fast forward to today and I notice I am getting charged through Paypal which is through my credit card an additional $39.99 monthly charge that I never authorized JustFab to take?! Never saw anywhere when I was purchasing my shoes that they would charge me for that. They are scammers and very deceiving. I tried to look on their website for a way to cancel my account and they only was it to call the phone number listed on their website. Called that number and they gave me a list of 10 plus promotions with their site, never got into contact with an actual Representative, they redirected me to a different phone number I had to contact and it was related to State Farm Insurance...
By that point I had contacted my credit card company and was on the phone with them filing a dispute against the unauthorized recurring charge. While on the phone with my credit card company I found a "live chat" available on JustFab's website and I tried talking to representative to cancel my account and refund my money. They were unwillingly to cancel my account nor would they refund my money and I had to threaten them that I was on the phone with my credit card company while chatting with them and I will be disputing that charge and was informing my credit card company they were refusing to cancel my account. Once I mentioned that they happily canceled my account but with no refund but my credit card company will be getting me the refund.

I had ordered two pairs of shoes; One pair I received damaged, while the other was sent to me with two of the same side shoe. It has now been a month and a half since that order was even placed, and none of my funds have been returned. I have been shipped another pair of one of the sets of shoes, which was (surprise, surprise) damaged upon arrival. The other pair of shoes I tried to originally get a replacement for was no longer even available. After branching out to various pointless emails found on their website with no reply, I resorted to their live chat option. This online chat option is horrible. Several times I spoke with representatives that either:
A. Made numerous mistakes having to correct themselves
B. Would end the chat before you could even collect all the information given, which is problematic seeing it glitches and does not even allow one to scroll back up the majority of the time, even after trying different browsers.
Highly advise not wasting your money, or energy. You will end up waiting multiple months having to talk with multiple, faulty representatives just to receive unwearable shoes. Then they try to cop out by giving you a coupon for future purchases. Who the hell is stupid enough to continue purchases with a company who clearly does not care about their service quality?
I am beyond upset! I checked out this website and found a really cute pair of boots I wanted to buy. I purchased them and today I found out I was locked into a membership. I could cancel the membership but they refused to refund my money. I could not believe it! I am so angry right now! If you are thinking of buying shores on this sight DO NOT DO IT!
In December I browsed Justfab and I bought a pair of boots, it stated new customers have 75% off their first purchase, brilliant I thought so went ahead and ordered. Boots delivered, all fine. January comes round and I receive an email stating Justfab have taken £35 from my bank? I call them up (which later I discover was to an advisor in the Philippines!) apparently I had signed up to the VIP service and this was the monthly charge?! After some firm words I got my money refunded and I cancelled my account! Just be very careful on the 'offers' they are advertising!
I bought one pair of boots several months ago, nowhere on the site, did I see it was a monthly membership. It just says starting for $39.95 first pair just $10. I finally got my boots, and then moved on. Didn't buy anything more. A few months later I realize I was having money taken out of my account. I was livid, I emailed their customer service department, it took a month for someone to get back to me. And when I did, they wrote (very rudely) we need another email for this account. I was livid because I could log in no problem. When I go to try to cancel my account, it just pops up saying Oops! Contact our Fashion Consultants at this 1800 number. Are you kidding? I tried for 3 days and every day when I try to sign in, this pops up.
Moral of the story, stay away from these crooks!
I cancelled my membership a few months ago, and just before Christmas was billed for the monthly fee. Called to inquire and they said I still was on membership even though I somehow wasn't billed the following months after cancellation. No refund is possible but hopefully got my point across THIS time to cancel. Don't recommend this membership to anyone.
I signed my daughter up for the VIP membership sometime ago. After being billed two and three times a month for the "monthly" membership fee, I called to cancel. Despite being told that my membership was cancelled and receiving an email confirmation, they continued to bill me two and three times a month (make sure you check your credit card bills). Now they want to fight the charge back saying I never called, despite the email confirmation. AND they never mentioned the fact that they have been charging me a monthly fee two and three times a month. I can surely understand why 94% of their comments are negative.
I received my items late and I only received half of them. When I called to see what happened the operator had no idea or to tell me. I could barely hear her because of all the other people talking in the background. It's clear that this company outsources their call center to a different country. The only thing she could do is reorder the items I didn't get. When I asked for priority shipping to make up for the inconvenience she said that she didn't have that Authority. The online chat doesn't work so don't waste your time with trying it. I will be cancelling a membership that I've had for over a year now tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
Still waiting for refund after 5 or so months. Went through my bank and they said no until i had to go through BBB. They said they had given me a refund. I contacted my bank and they said that there was no record of it. Sent that to BBB and was told "oh it didn't go through we will do it again"... have spoken to numerous amount of people and each time i get told "oh it didn't go through well do it again. Asked to be send a check and still nothing. Contacted my bank AGAIN and did a 3 way call with a just fab rep and sorted it out after almost an hr. A week later, still nothing. Called again today and was told "oh we are going to process it now". No matter who i talk to i keep getting told its either done, i then contact my bank and they have no record of it. I go back to just fab and they then say 'oh we'll do it again". Wasting my time but since they are giving me the run around i am going to constantly contact them until i get it back. Id stay away from this company. As soon as you have a problem they waste your time for months and constantly lie - even to the bank, when the bank said they didn't have any record of it. Called again today and was told the same thing..."we are going to process the refund now" even though last week they said the exact same thing. I highly doubt i will get it and will have to go through bbb again to sort this out
For one, all these people complaining that they were charged for not skipping the month... how is that justfabs fault? It's part of the membership. Not their fault you didn't read before signing. And hard is it to remember in a FIVE DAY grace period to log on and skip the month? How many smart devices do we all own that we can set an automatic monthly reminder? Anywho... Ive been a customer since they started. Ive ordered literally HUNDREDS of boots and shoes. Customer service is a joke though! 90% of the time I'm happy with my purchase and the quality, honestly what are you expecting for the price? You get what you pay for right? But, EVERY expierence Ive had with customer service is a nightmare! Evewn a nightmare is sugar coating it! Just fab, get your $h! T togehther and fix your customer service reps! Oh and be warned customers... JustFab has another company "ShoeDazzle" NEVER order from there. I was charged 4 times for one purchase and lied to cy the rep and 2 supervisors. I finally had to get my bank on three way who had to threaten shoedazzle with a lawsuit! Ive got 3 of my 4 transactions reversed only because my bank manager fought the charges. Rip off - ordered boots they never showed up! Ordered again and customer service didn't understand that i wanted a refund on the first pair but I ordered again as I needed them for Christmas! My bank informed me that just fab were trying to get money from my account and had been taking money out for years, £35 a month, I didn't have a clue. Apparently I am a VIP customer? Hey? I ordered shoes years ago when I was in uni, I used pay pal. Since then they have been taking money from my account for years, I've built a credit of over £1200! Seriously?! I said I wanted a refund and wanted my money back, I never ever agreed to people taking money from my account! I'm fuming! I spoke to customer care who said I had 33 credits which was about £1200 they said they could offer me 21 credits which is £755 and I have to use 13 credit £455 on just fab! No way! I would never purchase anything from them! So angry they have robbed me! They refuse to refund me my amount. I have consumer rights!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
