I signed my daughter up for the VIP membership sometime ago. After being billed two and three times a month for the "monthly" membership fee, I called to cancel. Despite being told that my membership was cancelled and receiving an email confirmation, they continued to bill me two and three times a month (make sure you check your credit card bills). Now they want to fight the charge back saying I never called, despite the email confirmation. AND they never mentioned the fact that they have been charging me a monthly fee two and three times a month. I can surely understand why 94% of their comments are negative.
