I became a justfab vip 2 weeks ago and I've already cancle my credit card, Belive these costumer reviews, because if your boots don't fit you, you are going to have a hell of a time returning them, I've tryed times 4 times to get them to send me a return lable despite they say they have hassle-free returns, you will never get that return label, I've talked all I'm gonna talk to these people, I'm stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit, and probably a pair of jeans as they are coming to me in the mail, don't be sucked in one there great first deal like I was, sounds really great when you getting a pair of 50$ boots for 18$, but really if they don't fit I worned you, read the customer reviews they're not wrong, this isn't 1 person having a problem it's many, thanks justfab for the boots that don't fit, but just fabulous you're not
They trying to ripoff me! I both a pair of shoes from them what I paid for right away, after a week they changed me extra 39.98! I don't know what's going on but I did not buy anything else they just charged! Now I have to go to the bank and claim! They took my card details and using it!
If you already purchased anything from them cancel your card and do a new one!
I ordered two seperate packages, one day apart from each other. The first order was on Friday, December 2nd and the next order was the following day, Saturday, December 3rd. The first order took 3 days to be processed and another 7 days to be shipped, which is fine and within the timeline JustFab gives in their shipping policy. The next order however, (now keep in mind it was ordered the day after the original order) still had yet to ship. It has been in processing status for 10 days now! I called customer service on day 7 of processing and the woman actually had the audacity to say "I GUARANTEE you your package will arrive by the 15th, but because it is taking longer than expected, we will include a $10 giftcard in your package." At that time, I actually thought that made up for their processing mishap, but now it's the end of day 10 and the order status still says it's processing! WTF JustFab? Don't tell your customers you guarantee something if you're not going to oblige!
So two years ago now my son was a newborn I bought myself some boots sounded like a great deal. Then when I made a VIP I didnt see anything about "skip this month" for 2yrs they been taking $39.95 out each month I callEd them complained. Finally there gonna send me a check of all those months I will be receiving $520.79 that's all from the 2yrs they have tookids out my money! Before they said they'll give me a check and that there sorry. They tried to say ("if you stay a VIP we can give you $10.00 off your next purchase") I'm like. NO I want my money back! First i did not know that this was a monthly thing... then when i went to get on my password wouldn't work and it would not let me reset my password. So frustrated I just called to cancel my account and had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't know what her name was but she CLEARLY does NOT understand customer service. I signed up for this account and ordered a pair of shoes that i was very happy with. I got back on in hopes to order something else only to find out my password would not work. I have tried NUMEROUS times to reset my password and get no where! Obviously frustrated and fed up with this issue i called into your customer service to go ahead an cancel the account. Your rep cut me off then hung up on me. I work in a customer service call center and have NEVER had an issue like this. I will be telling people to not purchase from your company and will write every bad review I can. I still have not received a cancellation email either. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!
They say if you click on the "skip month" tab you will not be charged the monthly fee$ of 39.00. I clicked on the button with no confirmation. I went back deleted my cookies on my history, went back and selected the button over six times I did this maybe more. After no confirmation I sent them an email the same day that was sent. They still tried to charge my card. I didn't have the money in my account so it kicked it back. This should have never happened. This is their tactic of scam on your hard earned money. DO NOT USE JUSTFAB! Total scam. I cancelled my account and notified my bank!
I bought a pair of shoes from them and I only planned to buy one pair. When i checked out it had a box that was automatically checked saying that i wanted to be a vip member. I didn't know what this meant and there was no explanation. I left the box checked. Big mistake. For the next three months i was billed $39.95 to my account because i wanted to be a "vip member". I did not realize until the third charge so i cancelled my card and contacted JustFab. I told them to cancel my "subscription" right away. I was on a live chat with a representative for 45 minutes just to have her end the chat and not answer any of my questions or remove me from the list. Be careful when checking out because they are sneaky!
I am sorry but when a company's customer service can not properly understand why I have not recieved the item and I just keep getting told to wait on the line. A 5 minute phone call was turned into a 22 minute phone call because the representative that spoke poor english kept saying wait stay hold when I had been waiting. We confirmed my address like seven times it did not change from the first time. They are not even worthy of one star. You do not tell your customer to sit, wait, etc when you have to reconfirm everything seven times. I am sorry but you have to be more polite while giving customer service on the phone.

Plus without realising they make you a VIP member and keep taking money from your account monthly. Just be careful guys. The way they operate is a bit dodgy. They took money from my bank account for months without informing me. Apparently I was a "VIP" member. Really bad customer service!
They stole $80 from me. I'm writing here because I want to prevent other people from falling into the same trap. If you just ordered something from them call them right now and make sure to cancel your VIP membership. Yes, you do have it if you bought even one item from them. I called to cancel my membership so I wouldn't be charged 39.95 (AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME MIND YOU) but the guy on the phone was like "you don't need to cancel! We'll send you an email to skip the payment!" Long story short I got an email of every discount and sale they're having this month but not one to skip the payment and keep my money! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my own money back GREAT
Don't fall for it! Their products are cheaply made and the automatic deduction that is not clearly explained is highway robbery and should be illegal. These people should go to jail!
Computerized customer service is frustrating enough. Before ordering your shoes it doesn't clarify how much you'll be spending. All the shoes are synthetic material which doesn't compar to the prices stated. The VIP membership is a hoax to make them more profit. Just Fab... Just Don't!
I ordered a pair of boots in September but something went wrong with the shipping process and I called JustFab to inform them about the difficulties I was having. When I cancelled my 'subscription' you said that LEGALLY you had to destroy my banking details as you no longer require them; this is under the data protection act of 1998. Which in effect means yes, you committed fraud. I trusted you to safeguard my information. I thought wrong.
I have been on the phone to the NatWest fraud team with regards to you accessing my account and taking money. Actually let's call it the correct term, stealing money.
So here I am, going to withdraw the last of my money to go on holiday and you have unlawfully accessed my account, transferred money and then attempted it again! NatWest fraud team we're very shocked by this, especially after I have evidence of myself cancelling this said 'subscription'.
NatWest have now put a block on your financial team, meaning the only time you can access my account is when you repay me the money you owe me. Now I have told NatWest that this must be a mix up and that I will try to resolve this with yourselves amicably, because perhaps you didn't have enough money to put on your lecky meter and that's why you have taken money from me. But rest assured, when I call tomorrow I will be expecting a good excuse and if the money is not returned as quickly as you took it, I will be taking legal action.

I'm just a student who want to study in the Great Britain for 1 year. Now I am about to leave, in the final final final month, JUSTFAB charge me once again without my permission. And I have already skipped this month online. I don't understand why Great Britain has this big fraudulent company? There are so many people have been stolen by it, but the company still there HAPPily. I have to spend 6+1 credits (210 + 35 POUNDS) buy something I don't like in the whole year. All the things are "made in China", Yeah, from the country where I come from. Most of them are we young Chinese people never buy, because the quality is too poor. I like nice British people, I like the country! BUT, I hate JUSTFAB! Who can tell me why the country allow this F**K company exist?

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
