Unless you happen to wear a size 12 shoe, you won't find anything worth buying, as everything is conveniently "sold out" in any normal size.
You'll spend hours searching the website with every filter combination for so long until your top frustrated and give up/forget/get distracted/have something else to do so you end up with nothing. And even still, They charge you every month, but of you don't pick something from their non existent selection, don't you worry, they'll just charge you anyway, for a "credit", but the catch is you can't actually use the credit on any of the items, if you can actually manage to find one. Complete scam.
This is such a shady underhanded slimy company. Avoid.
Don't join their VIP membership to purchase sale items because before you know the company will be deducting $39 and change from your card every month. I just realised they've been stealing my money for 4 good months so i called and cancelled my membership with them.

Here's my problem with JustFab. I think the clothes are cute and i didn't mind the $39.95 monthly fee, because you could skip the month and still get the perks. Every time I find an item I liked they wouldn't have my size in stock. I found shoes I loved for $24 and they didn't have anything close to my size. I logged out of my account and I checked out as a guest and they magically had the shoes I wanted in my size, but for $80 instead. This site is a scam. They want you to spend the $39.95 and then don't let you use it towards sale prices, and if you want to buy something on sale, they don't have a majority of sizes available for you even though they clearly have them in stock. I cancelled the account.

I am SOOOO frustrated with just fab. I have been a member for several years. I have gotten some cute clothing from them, but honesty don't have time to shop each month. When you don't use it, everything rolls over to "credits" and "gift cards". The problem is, when you finally try to redeem them, "HOME OFFICE/aka SCAM ARTISTS" finds any little reason to cancel your order. They will flag it. Tell you, it's being investigated, whatever. I have over $800 in credits/gift cards, that they wont let me use. I have called in 4 times. The reps are always pleasant, but it's utter bull$#*!. The only orders I have every received, were ones that I paid with my money. But if I try to use any credits, and or gift cards, its always something. If anyone knows how to reach a US representative, or someone from the alleged "HOME OFFICE' side eye, please post. I'm furious! And when I called them out on this, how all this was suspicious, they canceled my account. With all my money... SMH

I bought a pair of boots for the $10 deal and was super excited when my order came to $16! They arrived fine and fit well, and except they were uncomfortable and felt like cheap material. However with the price, I didn't expect them to be super great quality. A month later, my card is charged $40! I had to call and wait on the phone to speak with someone to cancel my membership. Never was it clear that to be a VIP, there was a fee every month. This brand is a complete scam and they should be ashamed. As a first time customer, I will never shop from here again and will spread the word to my friends and family.

The shoes I ordered were both cute and I really like them, but they're at least 1-2 sizes too big. My normal size is 7, and that's what I ordered, but the shoes must just come big. I would have exchanged them, but I missed the deadline.

It is incredibly hard to find the "Skip the Month" button. If you do find it, apparently they will still charge you anyways. They wont give you a refund or even own up to charging your card.

They took 45 dollars out of my bank account, over drew my account, when I called and asked for that money to be put back into my account, the customer service rep insisted that I didnt need that money to buy food for my house, but rather I can buy shoes from justfab because that 45 dollars became a store credit. My account was OVERDRAWN and I had no money until I got my refund 3 days later

I have ordered several times from JustFab. I enjoy their shoes and clothes. This order was a pretty big one. It was broken up into three different packages that came at different times. That is fine but I was not notified that this would be the case. Thus I had to get in touch with customer service. He told me it was packed in two boxes (which is obviously wrong) when I got the second box and was still missing shoes I assumed there would be a third one on the way. Just annoying. Also none of the boxes had a receipt or inventory list in it.

My husband started just fab for me for Christmas. I wear I size 8.5 -9. I ordered a size 9 to be on the safe side and they were to tight. Called to get a bigger size and to take a month a month off from payment they sent me a plus size (legs were way oversized on my calves) and they also took a payment out of my account. First pair took 2 weeks to be delivered and 2 weeks for the second pair. I called to return those books, cancel my subscription and get a reimbursement and still haven't seen my money back.

I took a survey given by the Just Fab website and when I informed them that I didn't like that my credit card automatically gets charged when I don't hit "skip month". However, everything else about the website (at the time) was fine. Then a few days later, I got an email from Jane Bisena, a representative from JustFab, telling me how if I was responsible enough to lean how to set a reminder on my phone I wouldn't have that problem. This email was sent at around midnight, which I thought was odd, but I happened to be up. When I read that email from Jane, I immediately responded and let her know that I thought that was rude to imply I am irresponsible like that and have been a JustFab VIP member for over five years now. That I had always hit skip month on months that I wanted to skip. She then immediately responded and sarcastically sent me directions on how to manage my time! I then told her to cancel my membership, because I was offended by her lack of professionalism. She then responded right away stating that my membership had been cancelled and good luck to me. I had never been so disrespected by a CSR by any company before. I will NEVER buy anything from them.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
