I ordered from these people. I got email saying I would be charged 39.99 for a VIP membership which I never requested so I called them told them I didnt want membership. Today I got another email stating I was going to be charged 39 dollars for membership. I called again and was told they dont do that anymore. So i had no choice but to report my debit card had been compromised and bank sent me new one. Ill never do business with them again.
So now when i try to sign into my account it said wrong password and wont let me change it can't seem to get any help

I had a VIP account but had to cancel since I was in between jobs. They told me they would cancel my account once before but noticed I had kept getting charged. After messaging them again to finally get it cancelled, they wouldn't just accept that I wanted to cancel and kept trying to buy me back. I would not recommend to anyone especially the VIP program.

Okay- I never write reviews. But I want to warn anyone who's anyone about the downfall JustFab has taken. First of all, when I first joined, there was free shipping on orders over $39, which was fine because that's one pair of shoes- cool. Now it's free over $49? WTF? Now you either buy two pairs for 30-40 each or pay the $7 (not to mention, sales tax and import tax- another $10) and have the cost of shoe be over $50. And, I haven't seen a single style I've liked in almost a year. There is seldom anything cute under a 3in heel. And, the sizing has been SO WHACK. I buy a pair of shoes, they are too big, I try and "seamlessly return/exchange" because they boast about how easy it is. WRONG. I can't find the stinkin return option on my phone, and when I'm waiting for the exchange (like 2 weeks mind you), I have to try and remember to skip the month and I've been playing this game, costing me $40 a month that I don't have. It pains me to rant- but I remember when I used to tell all my friends about this site but it has dramatically gone downhill. Anyway- if you're thinking about it, get the first pair for $10, then MAKE SURE YOU SET ALARMS ASAP TO CANCEL OR SKIP. Or else that $10 purchase will turn into 6 pairs of shoes of $50 shoes you don't even like.
Can't wait to kiss this last $40 credit goodbye because I'm just so sick of trying.

I bought some shoes back in December because I was recommended by someone to buy shoes through here. I paid, got them, loved them. But now it's June and I've been struggling with finances for a few months. I realized today that I was charged $39.95 by Justfab. I hadn't used the site since back in December. Looking further I realized I was put on the VIP member list without knowing AND they had been taking almost $39.95 out of my account each month. I do take partial blame because I hadn't been keeping up on my banking statements. Despite this, the way the VIP membership works is really just a sneaky way of taking money from people for nothing. I hadn't used the shop in 6 months but I was still charged $239.70 over that time. They say if you don't use a month then you can use that towards a coupon, but I don't want or need to purchase anything from them right now. So, what use is that? JustFab's customer service has been slow on the matter but I'm hoping they will be helpful and cooperative.
To anyone buying things off of sites that have certain memberships, make sure you read over EVERYTHING before you click that "place my order" button. You may have accidentally signed up for giving away your money without realizing it.
Edit: The person I spoke to over costumer service on their Facebook was very helpful and understanding <3 I appreciate that.

I used to really like Justfab, but they are not accurate at all! Every time I order a pair of shoes (size 5.5) they come in a different size they are labeled 5.5 but they are def not the correct size. My roommate who is a 6/6.5 can almost fit in some of the pairs they've sent but they are still really loose on her. It's just disappointing cause I have tiny feet and either have to return the shoes or basically just throw them away because they're HUGE. Then there is the shipping issue. I plan ahead of time to make sure I have the shoes at least 2 weeks before whatever events I have going on because shipping is supposed to be "7-10" days. They almost always show up late or push the shipping date back and there is never a notification. I always have to go search for the shipping information because they only send you one email after purchasing. This will be my last time buying anything from them.

I got pulled into becoming a VIP member at JustFab because they offered $10 for the first pair of shoes I bought. The sandals I bought gave me HORRIBLE blisters (image attached). The order # included in my review is actually the second pair of sandals I ordered, which did not fit. I got emails EVERY DAY from JustFab. It is not easy at all to cancel your membership, and JustFab does not remind you to skip the month. I was charged two times because I was not aware I was supposed to skip the month. I called to cancel my membership, and turns out it wasn't cancelled, so I was charged a THIRD time for not skipping the month even though I was told that my membership was cancelled. JustFab is a hoax. Do not fall into their trap of buying your first pair of sandals as a VIP member for $10 because you WILL regret it. Buy from another website/store.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases. Although I have to order a 1/2 size down as it seems a lot of the shoes run big. (just my opinion.) I am hooked forever!

I have 2 unused VIP credits, both of which are worth $39.95, when I tried to order a pair of shoes for the summer, it only credited me two separate discounts $10 + $20 credits. At one point the website reflected my VIP Credit of $39.95 and displayed a balance due of $12.95 and when I went to check out, my VIP Credit was gone, only $30 in credits had been applied and I owed $24 and change. Either honor the credits your customers are paying for on a monthly basis or don't charge them for it, it's stealing, scamming, fraud - call it what you want!

Its a bit pricey, realisticly people dont want to spend 39.95 on one top. On other boutiques and sites i can get 2 almost 3 items with $40, always of equal and sometimes of better quality... just not everyday people budget. You say vip prices but i personally think its all way over priced

As someone who is AMAB and gender fluid, this site has given me a great headstart to embracing some of my more feminine aspects. My first purchase was made at an impulse after dreaming about a woman sporting some cute high heels and thinking "Man, I just gotta have a pair like that!". And now, here we are. Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
