The shoes and order was excellent.

But the problem was when I was trying to decide what color boot I wanted to buy from my cart you all went and processed those 2 pair of boots on my debit card without my authorization This was the final straw for me. I hate that was done because I wanted those boots but I will just buy some next week.

Still haven't received my shoes

I placed this order in December and received notification that they had shipped a few days later. I was very excited! But then there were no updates to the tracking. It showed "waiting for pickup" or something similar for two+ weeks. I reached out to customer service to request information and they said there was nothing they could do since the package was still within the delivery window. I had to wait until that window passed in order to request a reshipment. I waited until Jan 18, requested a reshipment, and also asked whether they could be expedited since I needed them this week. They said no. So I waited almost a month, never received the first order, and now the second order will be delivered after the date I actually needed them. This was not a great experience.
