Got a sweater on sale that is soooo comfy. Pants I ordered are cute but just a little long. Losing a star because while the two pairs of shoes I ordered are both 8.5, one pair fits tight, and one feels almost a whole size too large. Confused on the sizing.

I don't even know where to start...let's talk about how hard it was to cancel my membership. There is now an online option which is great but before you had to call a 800 number during certain hours so instead of waisting my time of the phone I would just skip. But if you forget to skip then you get charged but they don't care if you don't actually have the money in your account they keep trying until they get it or they overdraft your bank account. Then there is spending you credits. Figuring out how to successfully spend you credits without getting charged extra is the biggest pain. Now let's get to the shoes, they have very little selection and most everything is sold out so you are stuck with what you get. Of the times I have ordered this is recently and in the past...I have only had 2 pairs of boots fit and honestly it's because I ordered them too big and I got lucky enough the the calf was wide enough to. In my most recent orders I ordered 2 pairs of boots and 2 Paris of shoes. One pair of the boots I can't wear because my calf's are too wide and one of the pairs of shoes I ordered I can't wear because my feet are too wide for them. I won't bother trying to return them because the last time I tried to return a pair of shoes the "easy" process was a nightmare. So basically the $80ish that I forcefully paid for these shoes that are not quite what they are portrayed I am giving away. Because no one wants to buy just fab shoes on Facebook marketplace. Over all my justfab shopping experience has been treacherous, I don't recommend shopping with them.

I loveeeee these boots. They are soooo cute and so comfortable for it to be platform heeled boots. The only thing though is that the boots are tight at the calf. I sized up a half based on previous reviews, but I feel an entire size up would work.

I have never had a problem with Just fab, except when I tried to cancel my subscription. They give you the run around then 3 different phone numbers to call.

I ordered a pair of booties in my size and they don't even come close to fitting. Even tried buying shoe stretchers on top of it and still can't get them to fit. The shoes were great though. I ordered two other pair of shoes in the same size that fit great, just the one pair was way off.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of pants from JustFab recently and the process was very simple and easy to understand. Everything came in secure packaging as to not get damaged during shipping. The site recommended the pants as "something I might like" and they did not disappoint! Will definitely be ordering from here again.
