Very bad customer service

I skip the month and for some reason it didn't work. I realized it didn't work because I got an email saying you took the credit for the month. I tried to reached you as soon as it happened but unfortunately I ended up chatting with more than 3 agents one after another and no one solve my issue. I skipped the weekend between the 30th and the 1st and it said it was "successful "
Very bad customer service, never had an answer. When I was talking to the last customer service they asked me a question and while I was typing my answer the conversation was disconnected again. When I saw the time it was just a minute of difference between the question and my answer. Plus I still don't get the package that I ordered before.
I would appreciate a refund for that month. I reached out to you for help or a solution, but the experience was very frustrating with poor customer service.

Charged even after asking to skip a month

They indicate that you can skip a month and not be charged, but I was charged even after requesting to skip a month within the first few days of the month. When emailing them about this, they did not seem to care. I canceled the subscription right after I redeemed my credits. I will never resubscribe to this company.

My package was picked up from JustFab by FedEx on January 23rd and has not moved since. I cannot reach anything but a bot at FedEx or JustFab. I have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue until now. I am extremely frustrated, I believe you can maybe get to a person by calling JustFab, but I have never been lower than #15 in the queue and after waiting an hour on hold I just hang up.
