Unable to fit shoes could not exchange them for a different pair b/c they didn't have my size so when I try to exchange them for a different pair they told me I could not do that I can only return them which I find unfair I should be able to get a different shoe if it's the same price now I'm stuck with the shoe I can't fit and I could return them and wait for you guys to give me a refund but I rather not do that I just wanted to switch out the shoes that's all I wanted

My packages were extremely delayed being delivered. I haven't had this issue in the past. Otherwise the products arrived in good condition and are quality.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. In my shoes. On the left foot. The insole lining was installed crooked. So now when I walk, I can feel the edge of the insole all the way down my foot. My daughter's boots are so cheaply crafted she can't wear them without pain.

I loved the shoes! Great quality and my original package was stolen and they resent it with the express shipping like I paid for the original package very happy will definitely keep my vip pass for future purchases
JustFab uses FedEx for delivery. You are able to have FedEx hold the package at one of their facilities or have it delivered to a Walgreens or other location. I was not going to be available for the delivery time and date (working). I constantly tried to change the time, date or location. But because of the delivery option chosen by JustFab, I was unable to do so. I watched, on my ring camera, someone steal my package off of my porch. Very disappointed. Did not get items.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
