Second time they've taken my money, I'm disabled and rely on online shopping. JustEat and Asda Rochdale stole my money twice. It's hard to get my money back from them despite showing photos of my order, saying they are closing my complaint down within 2 hours. Do not believe the TV adverts, all lies to lure you in to buying from them, I wonder why? 8 items ordered and 5 missing yet took my money then treated me like I was the thief 😔

The driver confirmed there was a problem with the app which delayed him so much and apologised for what happened. The customer service team are completely incompetent, they didn't offer any goodwill gesture and to add insult to injury didn't look into the complaint. I have now deleted my account with them, they are cowboys and ripping people off.

Customer service of Just eat is complete disgrace. We ordered takeaway, one of the meal was chicken drumsticks which were rotten, smelly and that's why not possible to eat. We sent a prove to Just eat and request for the refund. The answer was. You will not get the refund, instead you should write a bad review for a restaurant... Yes I will do that together with a bad review for this joke of a company

Ordered great burgers from our local burger shop, which is 3 minutes drive away. Polite delivery service.
The burgers are the best, but better hot, than luke warm which is what we received

Ordered delivery which turned up completely wrong and inedible! Resturant accepted responsibility for the mistakes made but after putting in a request for a refund, and waiting almost a week for a reply, I was told that I wasn't entitled to a refund! £28 gone! I WILL NEVER USE JUST EAT AGAIN! Robbers in disguise! No wonder they can afford ads with big celebs! They unfairly keep your money!
TERRIBLE customer service! I approached them via email extremely politely to request an £11 refund back from the fact they took it from my account but no order arrived. After TWELVE unhelpful emails and numerous screenshot evidence, I was then actually blocked via emails! When I email for an update on my refund it tells me 'sorry but our systems show your case is resolved'!? How on earth can it be resolved when no one has actually helped & I've lost £11? Each of my emails were extremely polite & I even thanked them each time & apologized for the inconvenience. The two unhelpful ladies are named in the screenshot attached. One or both of them whom so sadly blocked me from asking so respectfully for a rightful refund 😔. Also another screenshot of just how much we used to order from them for all the office staff. How absurd.
I placed an order which never arrived and I am being told there is nothing going to be done about it?! After numerous calls with the driver/courier giving him directions and even alternative addresses I was told he was going to leave my delivery on a street which was a mile away from my house!
Not only have I had the worst experience ordering, I then get no help from customer service, needless to say I will never order through Just Eat again and will advising others not to either.
Their website decided to change my delivery to collection but I had no car! Restaurant cancelled but Just Eat refused refund! They are crooks. Avoid at all costs!
So ordered some groceries through Just Eat, two items didn't arrive so obviously asked for a refund and got this reply...not sure what enquiries they made but a warning to everyone, if stuff is not packed or delivered they will say they cannot offer a refund so I appear to be out of pocket...won't be using them again...
If I could give zero stars, I would do appalling food, with no taste and bones in the duck according to just eat they did nothing wrong. They didn't prepare the food themselves and different shops have different ways of preparation. Never mind the fact that myself or my disabled daughter could've choked
Ordered food that arrived burnt. I'm 20 weeks pregnant so need to be careful especially with burnt food. We contacted the restaurant and they said since just eat took our money we are to get a refund through them. My husband spoke to 3 people, 1 being the team leader. Even though we sent through photo evidence they said due to their policy they cannot refund us. I read the policy and they could refund or give a credit note but they did not want to do this. I've now deleted the app and would rather use Uber eats. Customer service is just disgusting and yet they're suppose to have a big name. Will be voicing this to friends and family as don't want anyone to go through what we've been through
Ordered takeaway via Just Eat app. Usually have a positive experience, but recently found out my order was stolen by a dishonest neighbour. I live in a block of flats. Despite giving detailed instructions. I believe the deliver person may have either eaten it or delivered to wrong address by mistake. I was really upset because was feeling down in the dumps and just wanted to treat myself.
I went through all the help options and explained in the form I had not received my order. Customer service was brilliant I had an instant reply and was refunded straight away. Within the next day too!. So that cheered me up.
Sadly it's still very easy for people to steal and I think just eat should provide a specific code for customers to type that they received order. And they will only get the code if received order. And the people delivering should be more switched on, maybe ask the persons ID or something and type in a specific code to prove they delivered the order.
Pathetic prices, cost 2 times as much as actually being in the restaurant,Iceland is right by my house,if I order from Iceland on justeat everything on justeat cost 2times as much plus that want a dumb 4 quid to deliver the food lol get fuct robbing scum bags

My husband ordered a kfc today for 5.30 before he went out.
I came home and the food arrived 15 minutes late and was flat cold and only an 8 piece boneless bucket meal to feed a family of 4
I complained to Just Eat, little did I know that my husband had ordered the 8 piece in error instead of the 12 piece but the fact remained that the food was freezing cold.
I had to REHEAT CHICKEN to feed my family.
Over 2 hours later just eat contacted me for PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE and because I couldn't they refused to resolve the matter...
Stay away from this bunch of thieves.
I have deleted the account and will be dealing with this legally as they have breached consumer rights.

I ordered quite a large shop from Asda through Just Eat.
My fruit juices, bread, naan bread, milk bacon and ready meal were delivered. Unfortunately the four bottles of Prosecco, expensive razor blades, two bottles of lemonade and a tub of butter were missing from the delivery. This all amounted to £75.
Just Eat are refusing to refund me. In my opinion, this is fraud / theft and they think there is no issue with that!
I can't afford to pay for the goods again and feel abandoned and completely ripped off by Just Eat.
This may sound cynical but it's strange how the cheaper everyday items made it to me, yet the dearer items didn't.
I will not be using them again. I'll be sticking with Uber Eats who have never let me down.
You'd better hope nothing goes wrong with your order because if it does you will end up paying for no food. Just Eat will refuse any refund. Almost £70 spent for no food. They offered a goodwill gesture of £33 credit to spend with them. Scammers. If I could give a negative star I would.
I order fish and chips but didn't get any food I was told that they had no drivers. Would go to these again
OMG, I didn't think customer service could be this bad. And I can see here I am far from being the only one! The order page informed me that my delivery would be within 30-40 minutes (the restaurant was a mile away). This kept getting pushed back as they said they were 'locating a driver'. After an hour and a half I called the restaurant, who told me that Just Eats had delivered my order to the wrong address. Half an hour later a driver showed up with a small (and now stone cold) package, and said there was nothing he could do other than show me how to lodge a complaint through my phone, which I did. Six days later I received an email asking me to provide 'photographic evidence' that I had not received my order! No joke! And when I asked them to tell me what their refund policy was they replied that they 'cannot discuss Just Eats' internal policies'!?!
My shopping been delivered to someone else and they refuse giving me my money back,just Stealing money!

Placed an order through just eat for 9 items from Asda, only 6 were delivered. Just eat gave me a credit to my account instead of refunding to my original payment method without my permission. Under UK consumer law this is not allowed, they are legally obligated to refund to my original payment method. I have requested this many times now, including raising it on Facebook, but they are still telling me it's their policy. I won't be using them again, and would urge others to consider if they want to use a company that thinks it's above the law.
Just Eat has the most restaurants in my area to choose from. I use them every time I want a takeaway. Nice and simple to use.
In my area which is Sleaford NG34, I received from some Just Eat represented fast-food establishments inedible, oil-saturated kebabs and grease-laden pizzas. Upon leaving the invited: 'Leave a Review' the factual (but polite) honesty of my experience has resulted in a ban of my internet server provider address. In other words, honest & transparent-feedback that should only ever assist an online F-F vendor in improving the quality of the food they deliver, is neither tolerated, nor welcome by Just Eat.
In my opinion, Just Eats' cancel-culture policy (unless you leave at least 2-stars) is in itself, a future recipe for financial disaster (for them) as it seriously undermines our right to have informed, consumer purchasing decisions at our disposal. After all, where would they be, without us?

Mine was marked as delivered whilst I stood at the door on a rainy night with no one in sight… impossible to raise a concern and then no reply to e mail, but they have your money… beware

Time just kept changing and a confirmed time of 45 minutes just kept changing until it was two hours later and I cancelled it. Whole family hungry…. Terrible!
Ordered a burger and fries from Five Guys but only received the burger. Complained to Just Eat and they eventually refunded me for the missing fries but didn't refund any of the service fee I paid, which was a percentage of the order total (including the fries). So I had my meal ruined but was only partially refunded and received no actual compensation. When I complained further, they insisted this was company policy. Wow.
