Agree. They take your money and lie saying you didn't cancel your order within 5 mins so they've passed your money on to the restaurant even though they sent me an email confirming my order time and another email confirming the time it was cancelled 5 mins later but they said it was 10 mins later. The restaurant told me to cancel the order after a mix up and said they hadn't received my money from Just Eat. This after previously receiving a cheaper item in a seperate order when I paid for a more expensive item and they said they'd sent me a credit which I didn't receive. I will never ever use them again. I would rather starve myself to death!
