TERRIBLE customer service! I approached them via email extremely politely to request an £11 refund back from the fact they took it from my account but no order arrived. After TWELVE unhelpful emails and numerous screenshot evidence, I was then actually blocked via emails! When I email for an update on my refund it tells me 'sorry but our systems show your case is resolved'!? How on earth can it be resolved when no one has actually helped & I've lost £11? Each of my emails were extremely polite & I even thanked them each time & apologized for the inconvenience. The two unhelpful ladies are named in the screenshot attached. One or both of them whom so sadly blocked me from asking so respectfully for a rightful refund 😔. Also another screenshot of just how much we used to order from them for all the office staff. How absurd.
