I am very disappointed with my whole purchase experience wit Judaica Webstore.com. There website is misleading. They state the price of their products in $ but they fail to mention it is American dollars which means I ended up paying nearly 25% more and when I complained they gave me a 7% discount. Judaica Webstore did not help with follow up support when my purchase was two weeks overdue nor when it became over a month overdue. I received e mails that did not address the issue. Altogether a very disappointing retail experience!
I would definitely not buy from Judaica Webstore.com again!

I bought a menorah as an engagement gift for my daughter. It was nothing like the beautiful 3D artwork shown on their website. It was a 1/8 inch piece of cheap metal bent with a wave in it, poorly spray painted with bumps and splotches. It also had a lot of scratches along the edge. It was a very expensive at almost $399 Canadian with tax. I also had to pay an additional $63 for customs and duties. I returned it for a refund and was told that I'd have to pay the postage which was $77 for a trackable parcel. According to their website, if the product is defective they will pay for return shipping. They refused saying that the menorah would get scratched with use. I kid you not. I am out more than $150 for a cheap, shoddy piece of artwork. This company is no better than these fly-by-night operators that want nothing more than to scam you.
My experience in dealing with Judaica online was very easy and their site is simple to navigate. The goods purchased were dispatched and received very quickly.
I have been more than happy with what I chose and the in depth descriptions are very helpful.
Will certainly use again and highly recommend.
I purchased 6 mezuzahs and none of them were kosher after checking them by the temple. After I contacted them to return the items, they said it's after the 2 weeks return window. How are you in the business of selling religion items and goods but do wrong to customers! STAY AWAY and shop else way.
As we wrote you previously, we need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the item and unfortunately, your order is from more than 6 months ago.
First, we can guarantee you that the Scrolls are Kosher. They are checked twice, once by a Scribe and once by a specialized Computer Software and they are written by well respected Sofer Stam's in Bnei Brak.
We have experienced in the past, Rabbi's that have said our Scrolls are not Kosher only to go on to charge more for Scrolls that they sell, while were not saying this is the case, we can tell you that we sell thousands of all kashrut levels of Scrolls a month to Jews of all levels of observance to places all over the world without issue.
I ordered and did not receive a necklace May 2nd of this year. I paid for express shipping as well and never received my necklace. I have been writing to this company several times with only the response of a "ticket" received. No other contact and no refund. Total rip off and disgusting business practices
Ordered Granalix GranaGard omega 5. Waited almost a month. Horrible response and interest in finding order. Asked to send a new order, heat would effect the efficacy of the product. Shimi would get back to me in in 24 hrs. With search results. Shimi never did, he just closed ticket. Told me that it would take much longer for me to get a refund by charging back to my credit card. Then waiting for them.

I was demanded to file a missing package request with Italian post, while I do not speak Italian, do not live in Italy, and sent the package as a Hanukka gift.

NEVER buy from this company. I was so excited to receive my new, beautiful menorah as my Hanukkah present from my mom. Upon lighting the first night candle, I melted the wax at the bottom of the candle to stabilize inside the large holes. The Shames is close to the back artistry and burned the entire art work, then melting the candles all over the bottom of the menorah, which led to having to rip my menorah off the glass piece it was on top of to reduce wax on the counter, which tore off a foot. Rather than replacing the customer service agent Shimi said it was a user error. I have used several menorahs in my 30 years of life and have had no difficulty before. Terrible quality and customer service. Never use this company, you will be extremely disappointed and your money will be wasted.
After reviewing the communications you had with our Customer Service Representative, you stated that you had melted wax to "stabilize" this is not safe and led to the issue of burning the menorah. This is infact a case of user error and we are not responsible for the damage that was caused.
I ordered a charm bracelet for my wife. Even though she has very thin wrists, the charm bracelet was way too small. Seems to be for a small child, not an adult. The money back guarentee is only good for 21 days, so since I ordered it in November for a christmas present in December, it's too late to return it. I am not able to leave a review on their website warning others about the size issue, which seems odd. All the reviews from their website are five stars; coincedence? I'll give the bracelet to my 3 year old neice, I'm sure it will fit her tiny wrist. Will not be buying from Judaica Web Store again.
This is just an update to my previous reviews.
This is regarding the wrong color shofar they sent me and when I was about to mail it back I noticed a crack on the shofar. I mentioned the crack during the conversation via phone with the store representative. I was told to mail it back for the right exchange and they would reimburse my shipping money as well.
I have been trying to contact the Judaica Web Store company via email. The same horrible service, it takes very long for them to respond. They refunded some amount for the shofar, not the full amount. And refusing to pay the shipping as well. They know the reason why I sent it back but they keep telling me that the shofar's crack is ok and it was kosher, thou they know it was not a reason. It is obvious they are making up stuff not to pay me money. They are thieves and liars. It makes me highly doubt that the product they sell are kosher, since they do not act kosher way with customers

After reading over the emails with our Customer Service Representatives and the checking the actual shofar, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the return shipping as the shofar was not defective and it is in fact 100% Kosher. As we state on our website that Shofars sent may not be the same color as pictured. Light colored shofars like the one you received are usually more expensive as they are more rare in nature.
We received the wrong tallit after paying for express shipment. It was too late to get the one we ordered before my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah. To get the correct one, they expected me to pay for return shipment.
Great disappointment. I could have ordered it from another place and had no problems.

I've used many online retailers from Israel over the years, but this is my first experience with this business and my worst experience ever! They didn't even provide a valid tracking number!
I am so disheartened that after a month, they still haven't even provided me with a status, location or anticipated arrival date of my merchandise (pictured.). Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!
Of excellent quality, lovely perfumed and rapidly effective. Creams and oils absorb quickly into the skin without leaving greasy feeling afterwards. Prices are okay, especially considering that products suffice for a long time. If only there were no tariffs...

I ordered two items and paid for 2-4 business day delivery in time for a special event. Delivery finally was made 3 weeks later. Repeated attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful in addressing the delay or getting refund of expedited charges. A letter to their New York address was returned as undeliverable. Opened multiple trouble tickets as the only way to get through, but there was not way to follow up on these. Also found no way to leave a review on the site which is perhaps the reason all reviews are glowingly positive. Do not expect to get anything in a hurry.
I just ordered a $138 necklace and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping, still haven't received product and is has been over 10 days. Worse, I emailed them to see if the item had shipped or any type of status and no response. One thing I do know is they took my money right away. This is ridiculous I at least deserve a response about what is going on with the transaction, I have no clue of anything right now. Never doing business with this site again, that's for sure.

Like Naomi and Deborah R. I ordered a menorah, it was very well packed, but still was broken. I am so disappointed and do not hold any faith in ordering from this site again.
However, after expressing my concerns in an email, with 3 pictures attached of the broken Menorah, I did receive a refund. This verified their commitment to customer service.
I so wish I would have looked at reviews before I purchased from this site. Like everyone else, it has been 10 days since my order was placed. They were quick to take my money but as of yet, my shipment is pending. I too paid the extra money to have it shipped fast since this was a gift. I have sent three emails to their customer service email address and have not received any response whatsoever. I tried to contact them on Facebook but the general population cannot post on their page. Today I called my bank to begin the process of reversing the charges. I have zero faith that they will ship my order and quite frankly I can buy the necklace elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them - you will regret it
I received a necklace that I paid extra for a better quality piece yet it arrived with a clasp ring way too small to close or wear safely - I sent photos etc and after playing games back and forth with emails telling me to send it back at my own initial expense so they could "figure it out" with a 15% restocking fee if I wanted a refund - who needs to waste weeks and time waiting on line at the post office during holiday season to fix their error! I found the entire process disappointing and time consuming and wound up paying my jeweler to put on the right sized clasp ring on so that I could wear it and paid an additional $10 to fix the item which was defective - they never offered a credit for my repair but underlined a clause that mailing costs would be reimbursed -- At the end of the day it was cheaper and less time consuming to just absorb the loss. I do not understand how they could ship it with the wrong closure size:-(
