I finally received replacement earrings (Roman Glass + silver) after waiting from 9/27/2016 to 1/4/2017. The replacements are acceptable. Vendor had to have new earrings made. I am still out $27 for my return shipping expenses because the vendor refused to cover my expenses, although the quality issue was the vendor's issue. All during this 3 months of waiting, I had to constantly nag the vendor by email for updates. Not worth the aggravation.
I ordered a kneeling camel 6 "". It took a week or two to arrive but you are fore warned of that and could pay more for Express delivery. The camel is beautifully carved from olive wood. I reccomend this firm.
Ordered several items for my son s bar mitzvah. Paid 25 more for express delivery(2-4 days). Did not hear anything. Contacted customer service 4 times- no reaction except they are opening a ticket. Well this does not help me as the bm is in 3 days. Will continue to share my experience on social media

Absolutely ridiculous! I bought a $450 Star Of David pendant and I paid extra to have the 2-4 days shipping. It's been 6 business days... at least send an email notifying me it's on the way! I should have ordered from Amazon, but JudaicaWebStore just happen to have a particular design I liked, but never again.
I paid extra $$$ for expedited shipping (3-4 days as per their site) for more than $200 worth of merchandise. THIRTEEN days and I have not received a word, until I sent an email eviscerating them. And even then, it was just some vague promise that they are on it. No firm dates as to when you can expect anything. Damn shame that they sale Judaica!
I ordered a lambs wool prayer shawl for my grandson. It arrived as the high quality I expected. Delivery was a little slow, but I know any orders over seas have to go through customs and the shipper has no control over customs. We have to expect delays. I'm very pleased with the prayer shawl and customer service.
I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. Everything I ordered... I was very happy with the product. The shipping is not the fastest, but that is to be expected from "overseas" orders. I would not agree with the negative reviews, that I have read. Lovely sandals and very comfortable, run true to size. Prompt attention to my email questions, much appreciated. They would be easier to take on and off if they had velcro instead of buckles but otherwise very satisfactory.
My husband ordered me a surprise gift for my birthday. Well, the gift finally arrived yesterday; weeks after ordering. The necklace is supposed to be Roman glass, surrounded by abstract gold plating. My husband has bought many pieces of jewelry made with Roman glass. What arrived yesterday was a piece of white opaque plastic. The showy side is covered with glitter. Roman glass, I think not.
I placed an order with them, and they did not respond to inquiries about where the order was. It took them 2 weeks just to ship. They provided tracking info that showed the item hadn't shipped even through they claimed it had. You get automated replies to emails saying you will get a response within 24 hours, but that's a lie. They processed the credit card the day I placed the order, but nearly a month later, no merchandise. Filed dispute with AmEx. Stay away from them, they seem to have no idea what they're doing.
I ordered a "Jerusalem United We Stand" T-shirt on June 6,2017 for my husband with the hopes that it would arrive by Father's Day and if not, then by July 4th. They charged my credit card immediately. After Father's Day, I contacted customer service on June 18,19 and June 21, each time asking if the item had been shipped and, if not, could shipping be expedited. I received conflicting responses as to when the product would be shipped. They said that I would receive an email with a tracking number link once the item is shipped. They did not respond to my request for expedite shipping. As of June 24, I have not received a tracking number. I will not place an order with this company again.
Can I give zero star to JudaicaWebStore? I wouldn't trust any money to this company. They sell fake jewelry product claiming it as 925 sterling silver. The jewelry I received was light as a feather. It's certainly not silver, not even plated with silver. What's really upsetting they sell Judaica symbols which really only used be Jewish people. Such a shame! Stay away from cheaters!

The item that you purchased has a 925 stamp on the charm. It also goes through our quality check, and it is 100% a 925 silver charm.
Are you basing your review on facts? Did you bring the item to a jeweller or laboratory to have it checked?
You sent us back the item and you were refunded for it. We do not refund shipping cost, only because the customer does not like it and if nothing is wrong with the item. This is his decision and therefore he will only be refunded for the item.

I ordered a name necklace for my daughter last month and she is very happy. I missed the link to the gift options in the shopping cart when ordering but Customer service answered on the first ring and helped me with gift message, remove the invoice and give the package a nice gift wrapping.
This is a fantastic company! Everything I've ordered has been of great quality and very well packaged. The only problem I experienced was one concerning a table runner. I'm not sure what the backing material was but when I washed the runner in cold water the backing shrunk considerably. I was disappointed because it was ruined. I gave the runner to a friend and she took it apart and sewed a new backing on it. The runner did not come with washing instructions

After seeing all the negative reviews the three year old in me said "I have to give this a try!" Made my order, credit card was charged when they said they shipped and I got my order three days later. Everything was in great condition. No hiccups. Just what I expect when I order on line.

They sent me a damaged product and refused to sent me a full refund even after promising. They are liars and scammers. The worst company I've had the misfortune of every buying from!
I had contacted customer services with a query about sizes and received a very quick reply which enabled me to place my order with confidence about the exact item I required. My purchase arrived quickly and earlier than anticipated, it was exactly as set out on the website and I am very pleased all round with the product and service I received.
Months ago my wife and I ordered two pairs of sandals. Took forever BUT when we received them they were the wrong sizes including a children's. Sent them back at my expense and I cannot get them to send the correct sizes. Completely unprofessional!

It has been difficult to find Pandemic masks that are usable for a good price. So, the 4 well made masks were a good value. Alcohol is virtually non-existent in the Philadelphia area so it was great to have access to, albeit small, bottles of 70% alcohol spray.
