Worst service i ever had and i thought i already had the worst. Will cancel and crawling back to my cable company
Ordered several items for my son s bar mitzvah. Paid 25 more for express delivery(2-4 days). Did not hear anything. Contacted customer service 4 times- no reaction except they are opening a ticket. Well this does not help me as the bm is in 3 days. Will continue to share my experience on social media
Bought many things with them. They all come now from india, china etc.
Customer service is extremly bad. Items always backordered. They never get a single purchase from me and if you look at their bbb and yelp reviews you see the complaints all are about similar nature

Delivery seemed to take a long time but the other service was great. We love the furniture
I see our agent did reply to your email. We received your order late Saturday night and express shipped it on Monday.
