I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in early August. First, they didn't allow me to pick up my order, even though I was traveling to Israel at the end of the month, then they promised me free shipping for an exchange, which they reneged on, and it takes them over a week to respond to emails! When they show sizes on their website, they don't clarify that M/W is men's/womens, and not medium/wide. But the fact that they have been dishonest and not honored my request for free shipping after they promised to do so, and that this is now going on for over 2 months, is disgraceful. STAY AWAY!
I ordered my products exactly a week ago. It was a gift for my fathers birthday, and so I paid a huge amount ($45) for shipping, in order to ensure that it would get here in time, as they promised 2-4 business days. Not only did it NOT come in time, the order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 packs of Shabbatt candles, and they sent me Hannukah candles in the complete wrong colors. I also ordered a candle holder, which was FAR uglier than the picture: looked like it was painted by a little kid, neon colors rather than nice ones, was completely scratched up and paint chipped. Will never be ordering from here again.
We ordered a $95 Kiddish cup to be used at our wedding. We ordered On Sept 15, and received it on Oct 8. Luckily, our wedding is still 3.5 weeks away, but based on the guidelines regarding shipping timing, we should have received this sooner. Or credit card was charged immediately, yet our order was "pending shipment" for over two full weeks. That was when I emailed the company to inquire. Surprisingly, I received an email back the next day telling me that, coincidentally, our product shipped THAT day. After 2-3 days we were able to see the tracking number through the Israel Post, and then a few days later, we saw it enter the USPS system with the same tracking number until it arrived.
So, we did get what we paid for, but I was very upset about how long the shipment was "pending" for and had we waited any longer to order, we would have spent almost $100 and wouldn't have had it in time for our wedding!
For this reason, I would probably not recommend ordering through this site.
I have bought some handicrafts, cosmetics, but mainly wines and they are all of very good quality. You don't have to be an expert to say, for example, that passion fruit and pomegranate are very aromatic and the basic flavour is amazing. Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent dry red wine. They come very well packed and I have received all the products intact.
I also bought a gift box from Lin´s Farm Mediterranean Superfood Specialties and received a product that I was not familiar with: Harosset... get hooked... it is a delight!
Beware if you are ordering for an occasion. They sit on the order for quite a while before it "ships" and then it sits for many days before it's actually on its way. Missed our Bat Mitzvah date for a gift due to this. I would have purchased a gift elsewhere had I known.
Purchased an absolutely gorgeous Magen David necklace. Exceeded expectations. It took about a week before it shipped, but then it was shipped DHL and arrived much faster than I expected. I only wish the chain was a little sturdier so I could wear it every day.

I purchased an item of clothing. It was a little expensive, but purchased because it was original. The purchase was over four weeks ago and have not receive the item. When I contacted the seller they just said check with the post office. I assume the item is at the post office they would tell me.

Although I was satisfied with the product that I ordered, I was very dissatisfied with customer service. I paid a significant amount of additional money to have the item delivered by a particular date that was important due to a family visit. I understood from the website that the item would arrive within 3-6 days, which it did not. When I contacted customer service, they said the number of days on the website indicated the number of days for the item to ship, not for it to arrive. The website did not specify whether the number of days was ship or arrival date, but based on my prior experience with online ordering, I expected it to be the arrival date. They were unapologetic and made no accommodation. I would not use this store again.
I have bought many stuff from Judaciawebstore.com including bracelets, pendant and chain. I must say their service has been excellent and I keep buying more and more, keep up the good work folks.

They advised me they had everything in stock except for one item to be made. I have received two orders and requested a refund on the rest that had not shipped. They start going back and forth with excuses. There is no answer on the phone number listed on their website. I am asking for a refund and hoping to get one. It appears they are just a website with a service department and almost everything they offer looks like actually comes from other companies. With the BDS movement against Israel you would think they would be grateful and honest with those of us who are trying to support Israel!

I ordered a named braeclet for my wife with English name and Hebrew name underneath. The item arrived nice and early and look very nice. However it seems that the resident artist decides the style, layout and size of the lettering. They don't send a draft to be approved by the client
In my opinion the English name is too large and as result the Hebrew name is too small
I purchased a Necklace and paid for 7-14 business days shipping. 40 days later they shipped it. Then the shipping company wanted $30.74. I already paid for shipping. I filled a complaint with PayPal. I'm very upset.
Recently ordered a small baroque puffed heart charm that I am wearing as a pendant. Was received in a timely way and far exceeded my expectations as it was so reasonably priced and is really beautiful. It arrived in a timely way and I was kept informed as to when to expect it. Great service. 1st pair went missing in the mail and a 2nd pair was ordered that I received last week. I love them. The customer service was great with all my emails being attended to. I will definitely recommend and purchase from you again.
You emailed me a coupon code after I made a purchase. When I attempted to apply it to a new order, the order went through without the discount. The code didn't work. I emailed you immediately and received an email stating that a service ticket had been created and I would hear from you soon. I never heard anything more. I emailed you again with another explanation of the situation and this was also ignored.
I ordered a mezuzah and was charged but told it was back ordered. I waited three months but never received it. I emailed you again and was informed the piece was no longer available and I was issued a refund. These issues have impacted my confidence in your service although the items I have purchased have been very satisfying. There should be some ability to call you when these things happen, especially since my emails have been largely ignored.
We are very sorry that this occurred. I have searched for your email in our system but for some reason it does not appear. I will make sure you are discounted ten percent on your order placed in November.

Beautiful gift items. Although I was nervous about receiving them on time, since I chose regular shipping, I got everything perfectly and also in time. One item was a gift for Pesach, and it was happily received and used at the seder.

This store is the shame to all Jewish people.
The customer service is horrible. I ordered tallit for my son few months in advance. They lied about everything. They didn't have it in stock and lied that they going to get it any day. After a month they admitted that they don't have it and offered to buy different one with 20% discount. It took a long time to get the tallit, but they never returned the difference in money. They sent email to me with transaction # and the day, but it was a lie. At the end they said I own them the money! The worst part of dealing with this business, they are pretending to be very nice with you, but they are very dishonest!
