You emailed me a coupon code after I made a purchase. When I attempted to apply it to a new order, the order went through without the discount. The code didn't work. I emailed you immediately and received an email stating that a service ticket had been created and I would hear from you soon. I never heard anything more. I emailed you again with another explanation of the situation and this was also ignored.
I ordered a mezuzah and was charged but told it was back ordered. I waited three months but never received it. I emailed you again and was informed the piece was no longer available and I was issued a refund. These issues have impacted my confidence in your service although the items I have purchased have been very satisfying. There should be some ability to call you when these things happen, especially since my emails have been largely ignored.

I ordered the item on Dec. 5. It wasn't dispatched until the 9th. The time for delivery is counted in business days, so the 14 days is more like almost 4 weeks when you factor in the delay in time for dispatch and weekends, etc. Orders come from Israel. I did not realize this. If you're having them sent to the U.S., for example, you get no update information until your package arrives in the U.S. I've ordered from many different countries. I've never had as frustrating experience as this one. I've always been able to track my order from the beginning. On this one, I just got "pending" for weeks. I tried to cancel the order, and was told I couldn't. Customer service was very polite, but it didn't help much. My Hanukkah gift didn't arrive until half way through Hanukkah. It was quite embarrassing. I won't shop here again.

I ordered a kneeling camel 6 "". It took a week or two to arrive but you are fore warned of that and could pay more for Express delivery. The camel is beautifully carved from olive wood. I reccomend this firm.

I received a necklace that I paid extra for a better quality piece yet it arrived with a clasp ring way too small to close or wear safely - I sent photos etc and after playing games back and forth with emails telling me to send it back at my own initial expense so they could "figure it out" with a 15% restocking fee if I wanted a refund - who needs to waste weeks and time waiting on line at the post office during holiday season to fix their error! I found the entire process disappointing and time consuming and wound up paying my jeweler to put on the right sized clasp ring on so that I could wear it and paid an additional $10 to fix the item which was defective - they never offered a credit for my repair but underlined a clause that mailing costs would be reimbursed -- At the end of the day it was cheaper and less time consuming to just absorb the loss. I do not understand how they could ship it with the wrong closure size:-(

Claims items were shipped, tracking still shows items still awaiting pick-up. Poor communication, disputing transaction on PayPal. Ratings of 4-5 stars are probably fake or a fluke.
