Do Not order from this site. I to placed an order on the 29th of November for a prayer Shaw and nickle clips... I also sent customer service an email and they sent one back 2days later stating they are still waiting for it to come from the supplier here its December 19th and I have not received my items or my money refunded back to my bank account. I'm letting people know on Facebook twitter etc. Not to buy from this store and why... I might be out my money my shaw and clips but I will get the word out and those who has had these same problems should to. Let's help others not get scammed...
I paid for a nice Star of David pendant. Paid extra for a 55cm chain. Paid (a lot!) extra for express shipping (2-4 days).
1. Notified order was shipped 4 days after order placed (Business days too, not calendar days).
2. Emailed to ask if someone could explain why I was paid for express delivery but it took them almost a week to get off their tuchases and get to the post office. No reply.
3. Pendant arrived FIVE days after shipping (ok, I won't quibble for a day)
4. Chain sent was 45cm, not 55cm that I'd paid extra for.
5. Tried calling them. No answer (but they updated their Facebook page - good to see they have their priorities straight!)
6. Still no response to emails.
This is, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever tried to deal with.

Was trying to speak to the company to make the order for more than a week. Only twuce I managed to speak with them. In the late afternoon hours the customer service was supposed to be available, but it wasn't. When I managed to speak to them today, it happened that they don't sell the item I wanted, though it appears on the website... Just a waste of time! But reading the many negative reviews here, I saved about 80$!
Horrible service, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. They don't answer emails or phone and I will return the item - gonna hold my breath for a refund!

FAKE reviews and FAKE kosher items
Every G-d fearing person should NOT trust this website when it comes to kosher.
They are unwilling to help me out, even though they know they sold me garbage instead of a Kosher product they promised.
For now I will not reveal your price system discount scam.
Every single, and I mean EVERY SINGLE item that is sold on our website and labelled as kosher is most definitely 100 % kosher and supported by kashrut certificates. The gentleman who posted this review from Holland was not happy that the tallit he bought was not strictly, strictly kosher., only 100% to a normal, regular kosher standard.
We even provided this gentleman the Rabbinical authoritative position on the item he bought- one year ago, and instead of, as a decent Jewish person should, accept that there are different guidelines in authoritative Jewish law, NO he chose to go public with his grievance in the most un-Jewish way possible.
I have bought only kippot from them but I love the variety of items they offer. You can find absolutely everything. I like a lot that they offer specific products from artists. Also for coming from Israel the wait wasn't bad at all. I will definitely will be back for other items. I have my eyes on tefillin and tallit

Claims items were shipped, tracking still shows items still awaiting pick-up. Poor communication, disputing transaction on PayPal. Ratings of 4-5 stars are probably fake or a fluke.

I've placed my order on 10/10/2012. Have not seen it yet, it's been almost a month. Paid with pay pal and the website is showing that there is still money due even though they said that they shipped the item and provided me with the tracking number which is not very informative, just tells me that some item left Israel on 10/28/2012! THIS IS A TRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought the king solomon sandals. They were way too big. If you purchase these buy a size smaller. Does not look like the picture. Would never purchase these again.

This is unacceptable.
Your website did not make note of the 4-6 day processing time at any time during checkout, and your shipping policy isn't even written in standard English. (In English, "availability" is not used as "processing time").
A reasonable person looking at shipping times on a website follows logical standards, considering the shipping time, not adding an extra seven extra days so that the product can be shipped. If it takes you an extra 4-6 business days, you should amend the shipping time for that option to 6-10 business days.
Regardless of this, I inquired about the status of my order before it was shipped, specifically pointing out that the only reason I paid express shipping was because I assumed it would get here within a week, and also asking to refund the express shipping (and ship it normally).
I do not appreciate how you continued to send it via express shipping, wasting money.
Unfortunately, unless this is rectified, I do not think I will be purchasing from you again.

I tried to buy a gift card. The website told me payment was refused so I tried again, and again,... Five times I was charged after five times being told the payment was declined and the recipient never received the gift card. I contacted the store and after nearly a week still have no reaction. Shame, shame. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!
