“Totally screwed”

I ordered and did not receive a necklace May 2nd of this year. I paid for express shipping as well and never received my necklace. I have been writing to this company several times with only the response of a "ticket" received. No other contact and no refund. Total rip off and disgusting business practices

* Judaica Web Store attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
