I ordered a WindVest windshield and it was delivered on time as expected. However, I did not order the correct height windshield. The return process was easy and simple and the refund of my cost on the windshield only 2 days! Very impressed with the service provided!

Wish there was more metric products but the bars made my bike feel completely different and to me made it more fun to ride and with the 10in bars I didn't have to change any of my wires or cables

I had been aware of J&P Cycles for years but never purchased anything or even really looked thru their catalog. That all changed when I decided to purchase a new seat for my 2017 FLHXS. After much research online I decided upon J&P Cycles because of their positive reviews and great customer service which made me confident in my purchase. I will be using them for all my motorcycle parts and accessories moving forward.

After comparing online prices for the tank cleaner and resurfacer, I came back to J&P Cycles where it was easy to purchase, fast delivery and they had the best price. Also, as a member I receive shopping rewards. It was a no brainer.

I do maintenance on a lot of motorcycles for myself and my friends. I always go to JP cycle to look at parts whether I'm customizing or doing maintenance. Always fast shipment, quality products, and good customer service if I ever have an issue.

J&P Cycles had brake calipers that other sites I visited didn't have in stock. I contacted J&P Cycles and they matched another site's price, sent a link to me so I could complete the purchase, and shipped the part the same day. The part was delivered a day earlier than promised and it was in perfect condition.

Awesome! Very easy to order online even for an old guy like me. Every step of the process is easy and quick. My order came in super fast and the product was exactly as ordered. I have been a cutomer for many years and the service and product selection at J&P Cycles is hard to beat.

Wire clips were nice but over priced. The master cylinder rebuild kit was a better price but missing pieces. The service techs sent out a new kit 3 times and after that one of your techs finely sent out the washers the kit was missing.

All went well with shopping online. Easy to navigate. The most helpful was making sure parts would work on my motorcycle. I've been a j & p cycle for 5 years. I recommend you to my friends for their needs.

So far my experience has been very good, when wrong parts arrive, you immediately took care of it. Your sales team is always helpful and friendly. Make sure that the person who helped me get credit. She went out of her way to help me.

Cataloging needs to improve i sold parts for 35 yrs so i have the know how to go to the manufactures web site to find a part number and then go to your web site to find part.and i wish you would use ups for shipping.fedex is hit and miss.i hate to complain but I think it will improve an already great company.

For the most part I'm satisfied other than one of the items I ordered was tiny rubber inner primary oring seals in which your online picture showed 10 of them in the picture which 10 are needed when replacing them and the price was $3.95 so I ordered them only for the order to show up and I have one oring in a bag come to find out apparently they're sold individually at an insane price of $3.95 per single tiny oring when it appears as a more reasonable price of $3.95 for the set of 10 but nope almost $4 per tiny oring I'm not sure why they're not sold as a set for the real price typically one oring wouldn't be replaced with 8 or 9 other old used ones but if so then clarify the add letting it be better known thats its only one and 10 are needed instead of showing 10 and sending just one

J&P had 1.25" handlebar mountable thermometers! Yay, and it looks great on my Stratoliner. Easy to read, love it! Whole process of finding, ordering, and shipping was great.

The online catalogue said the wrong battery fit my bikes 72 electric start sportster and 68 flh. The same battery for both bikes which is true but the battery was wrong. Gave me credit so no harm no foul.

Good price, easy Ordering box was delivered on time no damage, over all this is the second order I have placed and I'm very satisfied, only grip is I wish the would include some stickers

I ordered an item labeled 'open box'. I didn't know if it meant the item had been returned, or if the box was opened for another reason. When I rec'd the item, it was clear that someone had cannibalized it for parts and returned it incomplete. JP did their best to help me deal with the situation. I appreciate that.

I bought a pillion seat for my bike but the oem seat bolt for the single seat wouldn't work. I needed a spool washer that could bolt the single seat down as usual, and provide a post and groove for the pillion seat to slide into. J&P had what I needed, and it arrived faster than expected, which is always a welcome surprise. Added bonus is that the spool washer isn't a giant eye soar so when the passenger seat if off, I don't HAVE to switch back to the oem bolt.

I was shopping on a site 8 hrs away from me, I thought, turns out it wasn't. Thought my purchase would ship from 8 hrs away from my location, it didn't. Shipped from New Jersey using FedEx, which is a horrible company! Very misleading website will not trust this company again!

The ordering and shipping was fantastic. The pants… the sizing is way off! They were 5X in size and according to the sizing chart not even close to a 5X even with taking out the two liners. They are more like an XL!

The gasket between the carb and air cleaner backing plate in fact "did not"fit. #431-238 the line up holes in the gasket are much smaller than the pins on my backing plate. I also tore the gasket trying to make the holes bigger. My bike is a 1999 F XD superglide with a stock carb and backing plate. At the end I reused the original. No big deal, just a heads up.
