The jacket took some time to get to me, yes granted I live in Hawaii so its to be expected but a month was a bit long. Customer service (Jacob P.) thank you. First view is great. First test ride in the morning.
Bags were supposed to fit a 2022 Tri Glide, but no installation instructions were included. I did not like the way they ended up sitting on the fairing, so I returned them. The battery charger/maintainer was great.

Tool works well provided your o rings are not dried out. If they are hard, you'll have to dig them out. The upper o-ring the tool worked fine. The lower o-ring required digging out the oring with a small glasses screw driver and tweezers. It came out in pieces. The rebuild kit worked great, and the tool make installing the new components easy.
If the o rings are still pliable, the tool works. If not, it's a lot harder and the tool does not work for removal.
Been redoing my low ride chopper! I've ordered a lot of parts from different places but mainly JP cycles they save me money! Ooohhh yea!. It's top quality making my old bike new again on a budget. Been a great experience. I haven't had to send back anything out of 30 items. Thanks staff. Since you before or after pic when it's done.

I received the windshield within two business days from ordering it. Fit was perfect, exactly what I needed. It is a little thicker than my old windshield, very sturdy. The windshield is a couple of inches below my line of site making for a clear view of what's in front of me yet provides wind protection for me and my wife who sit slightly higher behind me. Highly recommend this shield.
Inside the store in TN it's so easy. You can look on your own, or if you have a question you can get the attention of a salesperson and they will bend over backwards to help you. The website is just as easy.
I ordered parts and they were damaged due to delivery drivers incompetence in leaving the package within reach of my dogs. Explained the situation to customer service with J&P and immediately sent out replacements free of charge after providing proof of damaged goods. FedEx initially refused to listen and take responsibility for the mistake. J&P agent took care of the situation right away.
J&P needs to stop relying on FedEx, I have had nothing but issues with FedEx. Never an issue with UPS.
My order was delivered to my neighbors house and we didn't know. Called FedEx and they said they wouldn't help us because it was already delivered. Called J&P and they were going to send out another party for us. At that moment, my boyfriend saw the neighbor kid and got the party back.

The items arrived in a timely manner. However, the instructions weren't exactly made for my motorcycle. I adapted and made it work. A little disappointing in that the chrome hitch was scratched up and probably a return item.
Was looking for a new rear tire. The model I wanted was new and not yet available locally. You allowed me to get on a waiting list and then you notified me that it was available. I placed the order and got what I needed!
You need to have other shipping options other than FedEx. Every time I order something and it gets shipped FedEx they $#*! it up some how it took a week to get here when it should have been three days. I tracked the package from Kentucky to Florida then back to Kentucky then Back to Florida. And to top it all off the part was bad and the manufacturer is sending me another one
First I want to share that your choice of shipping companies was not great. I received an email from J&P stating I would receive the product two days after ordering, the shipper changed the delivery date two more times before I received the product. Next I want share that the Vance and Hines Military VO2 intake is cheaply built and one of the breather bolt broke before being fully inserted. Lucky for me I had another to replace it on hand.
After submitting an online order I realized I hadn't changed my previous address. Immediately emailed CS with correct info. I was reached out to and told she had updated the address in the system, but was unable to see if she caught it in time. About 2 days later, she emailed me stating she was sending out a new order to the correct address so not to hold up my build incase the original went to the previous address. I received both about 3 days apart. And was told not to worry about sending back the 2nd set of exhaust studs! They really looked out for me!
Shopping with JP cycles was great. My klock workz 10" screen was amazing! Lm 6 foot. First the stock screen sucks! New screen excellent wind protection, no buffeting, decreased wind noise, and it looks good.
I got the oil change for my Harley, which was considerably less than going to the dealer and actually about the same as going to my local store to get the oil and filter. It was convenient ordering from J&P and the shipping was surprisingly fast.
Tried checking out 4 times with 3 different cards on your website. I called customer service and tried 3 cards to check out with the customer service rep. Still didn't work. I verified that my banks didn't freeze my cards and I checked the account's availability, all was good. I then tried Apple Pay afterwards and it went through finally. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
