Only recieved part of my order and they will no refund my money or send me the missing part…. I will do every thing in my power to see that every one I meet knows about these a## wipes
Do I start 1st of all if you look at the Google reviews get the Google reviews there's over ******* reviews and there are like 4.3 stars which is b******* because it's because if you look at their Facebook reviews it's much lower than that 1st of all let me say that I don't use usually leave bad reviews but I but I had to leave my review and my experience because this is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life they are total dip$#*!s! Dip$#*!s! From day one they charged my credit card twice for the same engine over $*******... After days and days of fighting with them I finally had to file fraudulent charges on them... Run away from this company. Read the REAL reviews on facebook
I like j&p but the delivery sucks been almost a week since I ordered... please go with FedEx... if they don't I will go with who ever uses FedEx... if you would use FedEx I would of rated it a 5 star
Great company have gotten many things from them good friendly and knowledgeable people when you call to order have question about a part. Just wish they would quit using ups as their shippers. Anytime I order and ups is the ones delivering my goods to me I may get it or I might not. Please JP Cycles use Fed Ex 9r usps as your shippers I would hate for your good name to go down the crapper because Ups is a crap shipping company
This was my first order J&P; whereas, i spent roughly $1300 on 3 parts. 2 parts came in fine, but the other part (air intake Kit) was incorrect size for my bike. I sent this back and annotated everything on label, etc. When they received the part back into stock, I spoke with them about replacment and was guaranteed this part was in fact for my bike. But, the online rep accidentally cancelled the order. Now, I either wait 5-7 for refund or work with them on instore credit to speed things up, which I did. Even after speaking with tech, they sent me the incorrect part again. Likely the last business I'm doing with this company once this is resolved.
Bought a primary cover that came in with terrible casting quality. The excess flashing around the inspection opening was easily removed, so I proceeded with using the cover. Once installed, I tried threading my clutch cable in and it got snug around 3/4 of the way in. I gave it a 1/4 turn and the cable housing broke off in the cover due to the hole for the cable not being casted correctly. JP Cycles would not exchange because they said I modified the part by removing the flash. Customer service was rude and condescending. Never again will I purchase from JP Cycles.
Ordered a couple of relays for my shovelhead... The picture on the online J&P web site showed a 4 prong, 30 amp Rivco relay clearly marked "USA" on the side of the part... What i received was a couple of 5 pin relays in little ziplock bags with a sticker label on the bags marked "made in USA" but the relays were marked "made in china"... Did the chat thing online and was told that the picture does not match to actual part because the vendor sends J&P the picture with the parts... Had to return the parts... Waiting for my 42 bucks back... Been a customer for 15 years... Ever since Junior took over and sold out the company, J&P has sucked badly for many reasons... Poor customer service by what seems to be people who don't even know what a motorcycle is let alone a shovelhead... No more J&P for me... I would rather pay more and deal with a real biker... Too bad, J&P used to be mostly OK... Bought a lot of stuff from them... Now they don't care about the customer satisfaction part of business... Sad, but true
I placed an order with J&P cycles due to all other websites showing out of stock back at the beginning of december because J&P Advertised that it was in stock fast forward almost 2 months later and my order still has not shipped due to "stocking issues with the vendor". I am furious because i spoke with customer service multiple times about this throughout the last month and get told different things such as a new guaranteed shipping date of jan 7th and its back in stock and the issues have been resolved and then a few weeks later still no shipping to be told my item is sitting out on a pallet somewhere. Dont listen to their website if it says its in stock it probably isnt and according to many other reviews this has been an issue with them before and i wish i read the reviews first. Find another distributor and dont waste your time! If i could give a 0 i would
Ordered clutch plates and diaphragm spring ( Twin Power) and received my parts in 3 days. They are installed and working well after 200 miles. Made one call to Tech Support and got great service; as good as my local Harley dealer.
Becareful with J&P cycle adds. I put in My search header, Dunlop k555 whitewall. It shown add J&p had for that tire. It is on sale at 145.99 from 281. Put my size in correctly, it went to cart 145, but at checkout it is 308. I called customers support, told it was my fault, I put wrong size in, I did it freaking three times, it rang up at checkout 308. Thier add is a scam...
Ordered a helmet which never arrived. 7 phone calls back and forth with these people. Each time told a different story. Another one sent. Lie. Will check into it. Another lie. Finally after 2 weeks I requested a refund. Took an additional week and finally showed up in my account. Lesson learned. Never again. Stay away from this company
Bought Highway Bars for 2015 Harley Heritage Softail Classic and only received three bolts and no nuts. When I talked with someone there they said the bolts threaded in but they do not. I will have to go to Lowes to complete my order and get nuts for the installation of these bars. Very disappointed in their Tech support. Didn't find them knowledgable at all. Won't be making any further purchases as I don't want to take the chance of getting shorted on the parts needed for installation.
Had purchased a high dollar item from another reputable, large vendor. Item was on back order. Found the same item at J&P Cycles. J&P had the same item in stock and they advertise a price match on the website. Contacted a rep with the company. Was told because the item was on back order with another company that they wouldn't price match. The rep even referred to me as "partner", not sir. Rather rude employee. Informed him I'd gladly buy from the other company.
After opening an account and giving permission to sell my info to get the 10% discount promised, I soon found out that few of their items were eligible for said discount. When I request the company discontinue sale of my info and discontinue contacting me, as specified in their privacy policy, they continued to misuse my info and dun me with ads and email. In addition, almost all of their items are over priced and can be found at other locations much cheaper. I have requested closure of my account, blocked their mail, and will never consider doing business with them. Few people are happy with this company! BE WARNED!
I ordered v&h 2 and 1 pipe! Next day air took them 4 days to still not ship the pipe. I called talked to 2 different managers to get pipe shipped. Both promised pipe would be shipped that day. 4 days later they coildnt figure out how to get one out. They had 4 pipes in stock 3 different warehouses still couldnt get deal done. Cost me $1000 in motel fees in tn for dragons tail where all my buddies went for 5 day trip. J&p sucks picture is from second pipe they were to ship.
I ordered a tire from J&P Cycle on 8-9-21, it was in stock. On 8-10-21 I ordered 2 front rotors from Dennise Kirk, I recieved my rotors on Fri. The 8-13. My tire from J&P CYcle is still in processing 4 days later. This is my second check on my tire and I am assured by employees dont worry its on its way, I tried to cancell the order but they said its in the "PROCESS" so we cant cancell it. Im familiar with J&P cycles from the 90's, they used to be good, but not anymore I ordered a motor mount and they sent me a carburator. This is my last order from J&P cycle for lack of a better word, they SUCK.
I checked out an exhaust and it had a price range. I put my bike info in and it shows it will fit and the price of the item. When I check my cart after adding it to my cart the price is (higher). I don't know if its an issue with the website or they are being deceptive. It is a shame as It used to be a great place to buy motorcycle parts.
Very poor customer service, didn't offer a return label and didn't refund me the full amount. Plus it cost me 56 dollars to send the item back and I lost out on 40 dollars that they didn't refund me for shipping. Not impressed when you're spending a lot of money. Will go else where for parts.
I ordered 5 products thru JP Cycles. They were shipped in 2 packages via UPS. JP soon shipped after ordering. There was no problem there. The 4 items in 1 box arrived 2 days late by UPS. The box was mangled and partially opened but all contents was intact. The problem was the 2nd package which was a motorcycle tire. It never arrived. It was lost by UPS. A claim was filed after about 10 days. JP policy is they would not reimburse me until after the claim was settled, approximately 4 to 8 weeks, possibly longer.
I ordered in good faith. JP Cycles picked the shipper. Their policy is JP shipped it and now it is out of their hands. It's my problem now to deal with UPS. Now the money I paid for the tire is in limbo. I might lose the money, about $180. A reputable company would reimburse or send a replacement and eventually settle with UPS.
Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again for obvious reasons.
Answer: Thats always the case with them! They dont tell you its out of stock unt after you place the order and find out yourself
Answer: We are having trouble understanding your question. How may we help you?
Answer: DONT ORDER FROM J&P CYCLE THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS. Try Dennise Kirk they generally have it in stock and ships the same day. They sell everything.
Answer: They will tell you call ups... won't take any responsibility for it! U wonder why they don't show your order history confirmation.
Answer: Rick, it definitely depends on the exhaust manufacturer. On our website, we do have some videos or sound clips under the product description. Otherwise, we would refer you to the manufacturer's website for sound clips. Thank you for choosing J&P Cycles and have a great day on 2 wheels.

Answer: Hello Sebastiano, Currently we do not have that sissy bar in stock, we would have to order it in from our distributor. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
Answer: Hello Bill, The return address is as follows... 501 Industry Rd. Suite 400, Louisville KY 40208. You will just want to make sure that your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is clearly written on the box if you could please. This will help expedite the process once it reaches out warehouse. Thank you for your inquiry, -Kirk- Social Media Support Supervisor
