Had purchased a high dollar item from another reputable, large vendor. Item was on back order. Found the same item at J&P Cycles. J&P had the same item in stock and they advertise a price match on the website. Contacted a rep with the company. Was told because the item was on back order with another company that they wouldn't price match. The rep even referred to me as "partner", not sir. Rather rude employee. Informed him I'd gladly buy from the other company.
Tip for consumers:
Shop around. Most times speaking with someone in the company can give you a good idea of the company you’ll deal with if something goes wrong and you’re in need of resolution.
