It was ok with the exception that I was under the impression that I was getting a 10 percent discount. I ordered the seat anyway and it arrived without any hiccups. In the future I will make sure I get the discount when offered or I will not continue with the purchase.

The box showed up making lots of noise when you moved it. The parts packaging was open and all the brackets, nuts and bolts were loose in the box. The heat shield for the 2 into 1 section took a beating. It was wrapped but still has a minor nick from the parts flying around loose.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
