The tires were purchased on February 27th and were supposed to be two-day shipping. We just received the tires today and the customer is not happy with us. We order a lot of stuff from you all and this was the first time it created a real issue.

Purchase brake pads, disc and bracket. Pads and disc were as described and arrived quickly via strange shipping. Bracket is just wrong from the manufacturer? Not J&P's fault. I have yet to contact them about it… Oh, J&P, while I've got you.
I mis-ordered a tire with white wall. When I called customer service, an English speaking lady assisted me. We agreed to place an order for the replacement tire and return the unwanted tire. I had the replacement in 2 business days for no additional charges. Also received a prepaid ups return for my unwanted tire. All shipping was paid for by J&P. Excellent service. I will continue to do business with them.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
