I called customer service for help with part numbers. Customer service was very helpful in finding me the right parts. Will be buying more parts in the future.
I purchased a helmet with bluetooth from J&P. Everything was done online and the product came in a timely fashion. I don't know of anything that could have been done to improve the service and they met all expectations.
Called and was told part was in stock and would fit my Bike. It shipped quickly and i received it in a timely manner. Installed and fit great.
The only complaint that I have is the tire is not fresh. It's over a year old.
When I installed the new voltage regulator on my 2012 Electra glide, I had to flex the mounts to make them fit the bolts, it was also about 3/4" taller and a bit bigger than my OEM, so my cover would not fit on my oil cooler after installing. The new Regulator did work however and is doing its job!
My last order from you, I ordered a small part for my motorcycle. It was about 2" in length. It came in a plastic bag appropriate for the size of part. I also ordered 3 neck gators. Each came in an appropriately sized plastic bag. For whatever reason, my products were shipped in 2 separate boxes on different days. But even that is not the issue I have. The problem is that each of the boxes that arrived were approximately 14" x 18" x 12". I feel that the size of boxes used were WAAAAAY too big for the size of product that was ordered. I feel that your company needs to have a review in its shipping department and how they determine what size shipping boxes are used. I believe this could actually save your company money, and in turn save your customers money, and save on waste in our landfills.

Package open and one brake pad loose in box, the pads were originally vacuum sealed so it was put in box loose by shipping personnel.

I've ordered from this company one previous time with no complaint. Received current on in a timely manner but unfortunately the product was damaged. Looks like it's been dropped a time or two or hit on something. When you spend close to $800 on a purchase you hope that it comes intact. The damaged area was wrapped in bubble wrap so I'm lead to believe it was damaged before it left the warehouse.
With a quick search, i was able to find the exact part i was looking for, and at a fair price... shipping was faster than advertised...

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
