I've ordered from this company one previous time with no complaint. Received current on in a timely manner but unfortunately the product was damaged. Looks like it's been dropped a time or two or hit on something. When you spend close to $800 on a purchase you hope that it comes intact. The damaged area was wrapped in bubble wrap so I'm lead to believe it was damaged before it left the warehouse.
With a quick search, i was able to find the exact part i was looking for, and at a fair price... shipping was faster than advertised...

I received a damage dented up NEW gas tank.
3 women via email told me that is how it is supposed to come.
I called and spoke with a gentleman that said it is not the case. He said he would shipped me out a new fuel take asap with a return label. A week later no tank. I call and someone told me thar I has to ship the tank back first. ( after I was told different and kept me waiting. I recorded the call he definitely told me that he would ship me a return label ( with the new tank.
In desperation. I accepted the damaged tank and PAiD to have it repaired at the body shop.

Love using J&P. Ordered a Vance & Hines V02 Insight intake for my Harley. Love it, but it showed up with a scratch across the clear front of the filter. Noticed it after I'd already unwrapped the thing. Luckily, it's not too easy to see. Other than that ordering was easy & part showed up super quick!
Heck of a time trying to install one nut on passenger side was angled. We had to retap to get to work. On the driver side the bar didn't have the right angle had to pry it up to get front bolt in and pry down the rear side. Instructions were a joke not really Instructions. They look nice but wouldn't buy again rather spend a little more for something better to install.
Very easy to order and the helmet seems to fit nicely. Overall pleased with product.
Will be doing more shopping here in the future and I would recommend to anyone

I ordered a replacement gas tank for my Dyna. When the tank was delivered it was dented on both side. I called J&P and they sent me a return label and placed a order for another tank. I just received it today and it is in good shape.
I was disappointed with the chrome finish on the seat bracket. Seemed a bit rough around the edges.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
