I received my order for twin bag rails on Oct 4th and installed them that night when I went to install the end becket I realized JP cycles sent two lefts I reached out on Monday 7th and here is the 15 and the issue still hasn't been resolved
Hope JPC will just send 1 right side bracket so the I don't have to remove the rails which are already installed

Smooth as usual except for the weird wrinkle them I ordered two gaskets and they came from two different places several days apart. Since I paid a good bit more for the shipping than the parts, it left me wondering if that was necessary. I guess logistics don't always seem logical but kudos to JP because they did what it took to get the parts to me.

I have made 3 orders recently, first I bought ba rebuild kit for a 1999 Softail Front brake master cylinder. Rebuild kit, I'm not sure what happened with this as it would be cheaper to fix than buy new, After the rebuild the brakes still did not work. No fluid coming through the cylinder. I did it right as it is an easy rebuild, Due to time restraints I bought a new cylinder, still waiting for it. I guess I missed something. Third was bolts (5) for the rear wheel, I went by the "fits this bike" and should have read better what I bought, They are too short. But they let me return them. So far I'm happy with J&P Cycles. Mostly the problems were mine but that's life. I can't blame anyone but myself. I still buy from J&P and will continue to do so.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
