I was installing new 18" Dominator handlebars on my 2019 Road King and needed new brake lines and clutch line. I found the L. A. Choppers kit but description said it had a clutch cable not clutch line. J&P Cycles looked into it and verified that it was indeed a clutch line. I purchased and installed them, and they look great.
Wrong item spokes were wrong. Put them on Rem they could not be True because the spoke was the wrong one so I wanted to send everything back and your customer support said they might not accept it and they might send it back to me not impressed I've been with you guys for 20 years
Rebuilding a 2002 dyna and have been getting a lot of parts from JP CYCLES. Everything has fit perfectly with no problems. The prices have been good as well. Communication and speed of delivery have been spot on. You get what you want, when they say you'll get it. That alone means alot too me.
I ordered some tires from JP cycles. Tires shipped quickly with no issues. Went to go install the front tire and just barely ripped the sidewall.(Completely my fault) I reached out to customer service who were super helpful and had a new tire heading my way free of charge. Never shopping anywhere else hard to find businesses with this kind of customer service.
Quick and painless to find the parts I needed and was very easily able to navigate the website. I've ordered from JPcycle in the past and will continue to do so as long as they have the parts I want/need
I'm happy about the products I purchased but not happy whatsoever about the tax I was charged for my product. My state sale tax is 6%. I was charged 8% which is allowed to be charged to individuals who live in the Philadelphia region. I live close to but do not live within the Philadelphia region. So I'm quite upset about paying the extra money I shouldn't have paid for. I gave my business to Dennis Kirk because they don't charge that extra tax on products I purchase. Thank you Dennis Kirk.
I received my item in good working order, but it took over a week just to ship the order. The website said "shipped" a day or two later, but FedEx did not receive the item for another week. The item I ordered is discontinued, and I got the last one they had available, so it was pretty nerve wracking to be told the item is on the way when it is not.
The float bowl gasket had the correct configuration but the rubber gasket was half the diameter of the original. When placed in proper position it only filled about half of the indent. So when tightened it did not compress completely so gas came out the overfill tube when gas was left on when not running.
I put Legend Revos on my 2003 Road King and replaced to 20 year old Air Rides. I couldn't see 2 grand for a twenty year old 5 thousand dollar bike. These were high priced at 800 bucks but I dare say the ride is at least as good if not better than the Air Rides with compressor.
Great I looked the part up found it and it was delivered safely it worked great on my motorcycle it's a old one and hard to find parts for the Harley Davidson store dont carry pats for my old girl thank you
Shopping for mirrors for my 08 Victory Kingpin, found the online shopping be a bit confusing. I had ordered Arlen Ness mirrors, come to find out they did not fit my bike. When shopping for my bike, I had set the site up to shop for my model, so being that, I ordered the mirrors without realizing they would not fit. Just disappointed for my first order from JP Cycles.
I've been using J&P cycles for years and always had excellent results, have ordered countless parts from them and never had any issues. Shipping is fast, prices are competitive and I highly recommend them for all motorcycling needs.
Over all the experience was great, it was unfortunate that they didn't have more in stock at that location, but I do understand why, when it was explained to me. Seems like everything is going online these days.
Ordered a derby cover gasket and drain plug gaskets for my 2022 fatboy. Derby cover gasket was not correct and didn't fit my bike. Ate the loss since I ripped open the bag and destroyed it. Guess I'm back to going to the Steeler for parts in person to make sure.
EZ to navigate & find parts 4 my Road Glide. Got this Drag Specialty reusable air cleaner, was considering the Screaming Eagle / K&N one but it cost close to $100, so this on was almost half that, I do like the blue as it contrast well on my black bike. It fit nice & tight { that's what she said} so no worries about leaking around the gasket. Best of all no tune job needed for my bike since leaving the stock one. I do wish if there is a re-oiling product that Drag Specialty offered or suggested it would be listed at the bottom of J&P item description.
The rear tire was in stock. I placed the order and the tire shipped out next day. FREE SHIPPING A BIG PLUS! I was provided with an expected arrival date that was fully accurate. The entire process went flawlessly. Now about the front tire - - it is out of stock and I have been waiting 10 days and counting for it to be restocked so I can also order it.
I replaced my old chain with 82,000 miles. The chain was noisy and at the end of the chain adjuster. The new chain seemed kinda loose when I looked at it. I installed it and it was at the low end of the adjuster which was nice. I figured I was maybe overthinking things and figured it would be ok. It works fine but it is a noisy chain especially at idle. I also adjusted it at 5/8 so it was on the lower end of the tolerance. I hope it last as long as the stock Harley chain.
I've placed at least a half dozen orders over the last couple of years with J&P. Recently placed a big order (for me) with multiple high dollar items. Everything processed and shipped lightning fast and got to my door undamaged. I don't buy things to return them, so they've always been great thus far. I have no doubts their customer service team is decent.
You send me a 10% discount, but then when I try to use it, it says for 1st time buyers. You shouldn't send that to repeat buyers. Send a repeat buyer discount!
I used J&P Cycles a few years ago on a couple of projects and they were a huge resource in getting those done. I am in the process of getting another old school project going and am sure J&P Cycles will be instrumental in getting this one completed as well.
Answer: Thats always the case with them! They dont tell you its out of stock unt after you place the order and find out yourself
Answer: We are having trouble understanding your question. How may we help you?
Answer: DONT ORDER FROM J&P CYCLE THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS. Try Dennise Kirk they generally have it in stock and ships the same day. They sell everything.
Answer: They will tell you call ups... won't take any responsibility for it! U wonder why they don't show your order history confirmation.
Answer: Rick, it definitely depends on the exhaust manufacturer. On our website, we do have some videos or sound clips under the product description. Otherwise, we would refer you to the manufacturer's website for sound clips. Thank you for choosing J&P Cycles and have a great day on 2 wheels.

Answer: Hello Sebastiano, Currently we do not have that sissy bar in stock, we would have to order it in from our distributor. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
Answer: Hello Bill, The return address is as follows... 501 Industry Rd. Suite 400, Louisville KY 40208. You will just want to make sure that your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is clearly written on the box if you could please.
