I ordered a short speedometer cable, and a speedometer with a bracket so I can mount it on my forks. Very happy with everything that showed up, but the small bracket did break very quick by putting some tension on it.
I guess I'm gonna try just to get something rigged, or made, or I'll just call customer service and see if they can send me another bracket. They've always been nice in the past.
When it first arrived it wasn't the right relay. After talking with customer service we found that the picture was right for the relay I needed but was a different part number. So what I got was different. Customer service and I found the problem and it got resolved, the right one was shipped right away and I now have the correct relay. It can be difficult ordering by part number with aftermarket parts having different numbers and without proper cross references it can be a crap shoot getting the right one. Being able to view the part is great, as long as the proper picture accompanies the right part. Kudos to J&P's customer service in getting to the issue and a fast resolution in making it right.

She waved the 995 fee and said she was sending a shipping label for return. I still haven't received that overall other than the website no being accurate the people I've dealt with we professional and polite just wish the part had fit. I've been looking on your site and as soon as I get it in the wind I'll probably by some items I've been thinking about...anyways I figured I'd give it a few more days for the label so I can send it back or possibly swap for store credit on another item

All parts was delivered and the correct parts only thing was end conntors on regulator wires to battery was not correct ends an no fuse cap for in line fuse. Must have Ben boxed up on a Friday afternoon. Simple fix. It's the only thing evershiped to me not correct from j&p.

Fair prices and good delivery time. Parts always fit. Had trouble finding a stock air filter replacement for my 99 Dyna Wide Glide though. Probably just didn't look hard enough.
Love everything I got except my hand grips. One of them is upside down the throttle side the skulls are upside down. It was made backwards, but good quality love everything else just wish the schools were facing the right darn way.
The fit of the 49/50mm seal driver on the lower stanchions of a 2018 crf450rx 49mm forks is a little too loose for my taste. It does at least fit the uppers just well enough to still drive in the oil seals without hitting anything if you're accurate, it's nice for pushing in the dust seal.
When making my purchase order, I reached out to online chat. I purchased chrome Work's trued X over and the HP 4 1/2 inch slip on. I asked their Child Support if it came with all hardware to mount as he assured me that it did and then asked for my year make and model. Once provided, I was directed to purchase a gasket kit that came with chrome acorn nuts to mount the head pipe to the headers, so I purchased it. However, when I received all the product, I did not receive any clamps for the slip on, I did not receive any bolt hardware for the mounting and that kit I bought that was suggested was irrelevant because it came with two gaskets. So I was directed to buy things I didn't need and ended up with nothing that I did. I would think that when spending $1500 on an exhaust system two clamps and four bolts wouldn't be much to ask for..
Was able to get all my questions answered related to product that was purchased before purchasing..
I have been buying various HD products from JP since 2014. They have gone through some changes for sure, but in the end they are still operating. I'll continue to buy from JP what I can. Thank you much

I ordered a gasket for my Harley and it arrived damaged, I chatted with Mark and he had another replacement out the door before we were done with our conversation. I try to do most of my bike parts business with J and P Cycles. I send all my biker friends to J and P Cycles for their parts.
Easy to navigate website, search is easy and quick. So much cheaper than the Harley dealer and the parts are always high quality.
I had to call for assistance with the petcock rebuilt and the rubber seals and screen fro the fuel tank they were able to assist me in what order the screen and seals go in since the old screen and seals broke or wear dry rotted from not having fuel in the tank for long time
Website is well layed out. I can go back and forth between pages looking at product and not loose my main spot.
Description of parts are good, reviews are helpful. Carry brands I have used before, so I know what quality to expect.
At first I was frustrated that I put my vet discount in and it didn't qualify my order for free shipping. So I added a bottle of cheap cleaner. Still cheaper than the ignition switch alone. Unfortunately the new ignition switch wasn't the answer to my bike not starting. But that random bottle of cleaner that I ordered really made my bike shine since I can't ride it might as well give her a nice shine! Pleasant experience overall, I will order all my Harley's needs from you guys.
Parts packaged well and arrived in good condition but not in a timely fashion.
As a small private shop i only have enough space for a couple projects at a time. If every order took as long as this order took for me to receive i would likely starve to death.
The round mirrors that I purchased have flat reflective glass in them. This is very poor because of the limited view. It's unfortunate that J&P didn't say in their advertisement what kind of glass was in there. I gave them away, not worth the returning hassle.
I used independent shops most of my life for local purchase. In todays world not a lot of independent shops left. Have been useing JP for the last 15 years as needed and have gotten quality parts fast delivery. Have tried other outfits online no where near as quick at shipping as JP. All the parts may be the same but JP is best at fast shipping. Have never received the wrong part. Can not say the same about the others I have tried.
Sifton Head Breather Kit, canisters are very large 1-1/4 diameter and 3" long. Even though fitment for 92 FLSTF was assured they will not fit w/S&S carburetor. Be sure to check product dimension prior to ordering. Returns are not free USPS charged $13.20 to return the product. So long story short even thought fitment was assured I'm OUT the return fee!)=
Order the Saddlemen seat, it was delivered in QuickTime, even with a little holdup during shipping. Billy from J&P called me to let me know about the holdup and verify that it would still be delivered to my post office box with no issues.
