I've bought a couple things from jp cycles and fitment had been correct everytime, also shipping had been faster than anything else I've ordered before. Will be ordering from them again in the future.
Was having issues with the brake light not lighting up when I hit the rear brake. After a quick test I found out that the rear brake hydrologic switch wasn't working correctly & was in need of replacement. Input my year, make, & model & found many options quickly. Went with the Standard MFG switch as it has great reviews. Was easy peasy to install & now I have a brake light when I use the rear brake. As usual, J&P was on time getting my order well packaged and shipped quickly. Overall I'm very pleased with my order & will not hesitate to order parts from J&P in the future.
These only work with V-Twin hubs. Not Harley -Davidson. So I had to request a return. Since I only removed one to compare and never installed, I had no problem with returning. J&P customer service was very helpful and explained to me why these are different. I would have no problem shopping with them again. 5 Star!
Order was easy and fast. Although my parts went all over the US before arriving at my location. Probably a postal service issue but very aggravating. Still waiting on a separate order that I ordered a day later. That order is even worse when you watch tracking info. Don't know what J&P can do. But shipping is an issue.
They get me right everytime, once I even messed up and they explained to me and was even gonna make it right when it was my mess up, over good folks I got j&p for everything first I only order thru them unless they don't have it which is rare.
Experience with JP was great, received product as advertised and ahead of promised date. Only downside was the Saddleman Road Sofa doesn't come up as high on the tank of my 2021 FLHT s the stock seat leaving ~1/2 inch gap. Otherwise, great purchase!
Easy to order parts and transact business with J&P. I ordered a new throttle return cable, a spare kickstand spring to keep in my saddle bag (Just in case), and a new oil filter for the oil change I need to do this Spring.
Very happy with the product and JP Cycles. Great price and super fast delivery. Product makes riding so much more comfortable especially with havingn a flat out bar and not having the ability to mount highway pegs.
I read a lot of reviews about this seat. Most were very good. Pretty much all said the same thing about how firm it is when it's brand new and takes a little while to break it in. That really is the case. It's the hardest seat I've ever had. No give at all. But I knew that going in and I'm going to stick with it to see if it really is as comfortable as eveyone says it is after the break in period. I'm very optimistic. It's very high quality at an attractive price.
I ordered a new battery that the website said would fit my motorcycle. The dimensions listed were right for my bike, but the battery was just a hair bigger, so my battery box wouldn't fit over it like it should.
It is easy to find what I need and easy to order and it only took about a week to get it.
Ordered my part for 2 day shipping, it arrived in 4. Not that I NEEDED it as I live in ND but it's the principal. My last order took longer also but I believe that was because of bad weather, which is understandable.

Had to spek w/Tech Support to confirm the Accel Plug Wire Kit would work on my Ironhorse with its unusual coil setup and and he assured me that it would. He was correct! Searched for days the called J&P... They will be my 1st call next time I need something.
My order was easy, the part was shipped and received quickly. The part was packaged in a manor to not be damaged during transit or nuclear blast. Within a few minutes the part was on the bike, a perfect fit.
Parts were described correctly. The rubber gasket was torn. It was supposed to come with multiple jets and it came with the same jet multiple times. It was supposed to be for a 1400 and it look like children packed it.
Had been looking at uograding my air cleaner and came across the military themed V&H VO2 air cleaner that was military themed and at a good price. I came earlier than stated, which was good. My only complaint is that the package in the box was opened, and there was no Vance & Hines sticker. Not sure if this was a return or had been opened by someone. Install was easy and made a huge difference in the bike performance.
When I received my order, J&B screwed up and sent me two identical items but I only ordered one. By Law anything shipped or mailed to your house addressed to you even if you didn't order it, it is yours. That being said I am not the person to do that because of someone's mistake, so I call up J&P and told them my story and got return label from them. But then I received an email from Samantha at J&P stating they haven't received there mistake back from me yet, we have been busy and haven't had time to drop of at fed ex, and if they don't receive it by a certain date they are going to charge me for the items, Bull$#*!, I didn't have to do the right thing but I did, then they threaten me with payment. Never again will I buy anything from J & P Cycles. Didn't even get a thank you
Ordered a new exhaust system for my FLHR/i. Stressing out, as a 3 weeks until a riding trip was coming up quick and J&P came through clutch with the fasted shipping. Bikes back on the road and ready to rip.

Ryan and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with new tires. I was notified promptly upon their delivery to the store and the staff had my tires mounted and balanced quickly thereafter. Very pleased. I will definitely be back.
When I ordered the new back rest though that it would take a little longer to get the fact is that it arrived before the bike the bike understandably is still in the shop no hurrys nno worries it's going to look great on the bike thank you for sending it so fast when the bike is done it's going to take on a whole new look thank you again

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
