The mounting bolt holes on the sides were off their true position needed for easy mounting by about 1/8". I was able to make it work by enlarging the mounting holes but even then it was difficult to install on my FLHCS.
Ordered an older exhausted it fit per perfectly. Called order in on phone no issues. Wish i had known about the c clips having to use old ones. Took another week for them to get here. Awesome company thanks
Showed up quick, and as described. Something Amazon for some reason was incapable of. An RV washing brush is not a motorcycle tire, guys. Not even a little bit. It might cost marginally more to go through an actual motorcycle parts retailer, but at least you get what you ordered.
When i ordered them on line, it said that they were in stock, after a day or so I get a notification saying they were not. But once the hickup was fixed, l received them in a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered 3 brake line banjo fittings. The picture of the ones I purchased showed them to have a slight bend in them. When I got them they were straight fittings. Contacted CS for an exchange, they refunded the sale price and as they did not have the ones I wanted, they apologized that they were not available at the time and told me to just keep the ones I had.
Box with product was opened before and taped up again. Items inside were loose from original packing. Instructions were missing, but a call to J&P customer service sent me to a website in which the instructions and parts list were available. Nothing was missing and I have the instructions now for installation of product.
I did find it hard to find parts. Perhaps I was looking under the wrong name.
If you guys want to create a "REALISTIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE" then you need to create a shopping experience. Pretend you are wearing VR Goggles.
I was looking for Brake Anit-Squeak Grease. Couldn't find it on the site.
Great user-friendly website. J & P Cycles has quality parts and accessories for most motorcycles. Their customer service is outstanding. J & P has speedy delivery on most parts. I ordered my tire on Wednesday and I received it on Friday with no shipping charges.

You Guy's are Great, you have everything
I bought a new Helmet from JP. I had to take the headliner out to install a comm system. One of the snaps of said headliner broke upon re-installing it. I contacted JP and after providing photo evidence, shipped me a new headliner, no problem.
I have a Road Glide with a Hydraulic clutch. I checked the website, they were supposed to fit. Throttle side was OK, no problems. Clutch side went sideways. The flange that you are supposed to tuck inside the switchgear clamshell was GIGANTIC compared to the stock Harley grip. There was no space for said GIGANTIC flange. I tried calling Avon but just got an answering machine. I was too far into this swap, had cut my old grip with a box cutter removing it, so I cussed the grip and sanded it down to size on my rotary sander. After several trial and errors got it fitting inside. Not a fan of this product.
Item was defective and yes I didn't realize it wouldn't ship for a few days and then was held up by post office on top of that to turn out it was damaged and to have to start over it seems most of what I order anymore seems to take longer and longer to be delivered
I had some issues on my trip to Daytona this year. I discovered my rain suit leaked in one leg and my arlen ness big sucker air cleaner got hit by a rock on I95. So I needed a new rain suit and air cleaner. Since I rode to Daytona I was hoping to have the items in hand before my return ride. They did not have them in stock at the "super store" in Daytona. So I ordered them online and they arrived to my home two days after I did.

J&P has been the go to parts store for us poor Bikers (since 1981 for me) wanting quality parts for our Harley's that we could afford. What really stands out about J&P is the older section of inventory for our older Harley's.
J&P is for the budget-minded biker that wants to create an Individual H-D.

As usual JP Cycles is easy to order from and sell great products, the Jim's tools that I recently ordered worked well and as I had expected. It's always nice to have the correct tool rather than makeshift something.
Item was shipped quickly, fit as it should and seems to be of good quality.
Pros- Great shopping experience with J&P cycles! The brake rotor that I had ordered arrived within a week.
Cons- Brake rotor didn't come with new mounting screws.
I have ordered a brake rotor in the past from another company that came with new mounting screws.
Wide variety of products to choose from. I looked several places, located it here and it was cheaper. Shipping was accurate (as far as estimated time) and quick as well. No complaints and would order again with no hesitation.
I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure how to order online to make sure it was the right part with the right fit. The parts desk helped me order the part in just a few minutes and showed me how it fit.

When it was shipped, it got here in record time. However it was shipped out within the 24 hours that was advertised. But after contacting support, they made sure it got shipped ASAP and was delivered very quickly
I found out that thse puhrods require removing the rocker boxes which defeats thd purpose of adjustable pushrods. The S&S quickies are what I should have ordered. Going to try removing the lifters blocks instead.

When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
