Spoke to two of your employees on sizes for tires and one of them caught that I ordered a wrong tire. It was a white wall and I wanted I ordered one white wall wanted all black walls. We fixed the problem and then there was some kind of a problem in the shipping or something and I had to call back and again I was helped out well by the second employee and I received my order exactly what I wanted. I have dealt with your company before and I appreciate everything that you have done for me and I will be dealing with you in the future thank you very much

My husband is putting on my foot rests on my 2003 Harley Dyna Superglide. He put one one yesterday but we ran out of time. Hopefully the second one will go on as easily as the first one. So far, so good. Seems to be good quality.
Was easy to find everything I needed on their website. I purchased the chrome finish Kuryakyn Phantom floorboards, passenger mini floorboards, extendei0d brake pedal arm with Kuryakyn pad and two Kuryakyn shift pegs. They fit perfect and look amazing!
My package came late not the fault of J&P it was FedEx.

The Lapera seat places you in stock position or maybe a smidge closer to handlebars, but I don't feel cramped. The fitment is great, and I have rear bag guards the front also fits great along the gas tank
It is also a hair lower than stock seat I feel like I am in the best riding position for flowing in and out of corners.
I am 5 10 I had no problem touching ground before and now I can plant feet flat.
This is on a 2023 cvo roadglide
I bought the bike used with approximately 9k on the odometer. It has been my first Harley so just getting in reps until I felt comfortable enough to take the wife out on it. I've glaring issue I ran into was an incredibly vague, almost wooden, feel from the front end under braking. It was atrocious. Granted, I'm coming from riding Suzukis and Ducatis but, come on, this was unacceptable. I wanted new pads that were noticeably more aggressive with better initial bite that also provided better feel. Once I got the pads in, I swapped them out and promptly took it out for a system check. My initial impression is good but I need at least a 100 miles or so to really bed them in and make a true assessment. I'm optimistic.

Product was of poor quality. One of the machined parts was machined poorly, and did not fit into the bushing. I had to dress it up on the lathe and hone the bushing just to make it fit. The same part was tapped for course thread, but the screw that was shipped with it was fine thread
Everything was fine as usual, but the freight system they used,mail innovations was horrible.
Poor communication with tracking, finally got a delivery date! No show updated to the next day, no show again!
The cable I received was exactly as described and made the replacement on my 2013 FXDWG easier than expected. Having ape's taller than most, the 80" cable length was a perfect fit.
I loved the fast shipping. The seal was punctured on the primary oil and the outside of the bottle was covered in oil but I don't think much leaked out to where I don't have enough to fill the primary.
We ordered brake pads that said they would fit. When we took our pads off we could see the ones ordered would not fit. So we sent back the pads. Of course fedex lost the return package. Spoke with J&P who promised they were issuing the refund. 3 weeks later checked my account no money. Had to call...again told refund is on its way. Should see 3 to 5 days. I will be checking, but as of now can't say I would be making another purchase from them.
Able to navigate parts easy, customer support was easily answered and understood the goal of what l was going for on custom build. Little disappointed on fenders as the steel used is much thinner than previous years and does not stand up to non rubber mounted engines (vibration from earlier harley models) would rather pay more for a better quality fender than having to replace and repaint new one
Shift rod broke (the worst OEM design ever). Got these heim joint ends to prevent this from happening again. Well packaged, good comm's from J&P. Will need a 12mm wrench to add to your tool bag -a nuisance but not worth taking a star rating.
I liked the fact that the website sent me an email after i purchased, and one notifying me when my product shipped, as well as letting me know the day it was out for delivery and when it had arrived. The overall speed at which i got my orders was very impressive.
Had the tires I needed at a competitive price, but that's where the savings ended. $80 more to mount the tires, $60 to install the front wheel bearings, $80 for the rear bearings. And that's above the absorbent price of the bearings to begin with. By the time I was done changing 2 tires and the bearings, I was at $1,000. I don't pay that much for my truck. Kinda disappointing.

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
