I tried ordering on my mobile device and had several issues. First, I had free shipping for 9 days remaining, but when I logged into my account from the mobile website, it did not register that I was eligible for free shipping. I had to go to my mobile email, find the email that said I was still eligible for free shipping, and click on the link in the email for the free shipping to apply to my account. Then, with each field you have to enter to process the order (address, quantity, etc.) the page would freeze up and back/refresh would not resuscitate the page. I was finally able to get my address entered, but when I tried to enter my billing info via the link on the purchase page, the link on the page was dead. I tapped it 20 times in multiple locations to no avail. I ended up having to forward the "still eligible for free shipping" email to my desktop computer, and continue the purchase there. The whole process was tedious and frustrating.

I REALLY ENJOYED SHOPPING, BUT I THOUGHT THE CLOCK WAS A LITTLE TO QUICK. OTHER THAN THAT THE SITE IS GREAT!
I love the pictures and details for the products, it's also nice to tell right away that a product is sold out prior to ordering. Once you set up an account the ordering process is the easiest site I have used and I am an avid online shopper.

My dresser came and I was surprised at the horrendous quality. I saw the made in china sticker and ordered a lead paint test from Amazon. Sure enough, the paint used on the dresser contains lead. Do your due diligence, Joss & Main! It is ridiculous that this site is passing off this horrible quality of furniture - that contains lead paint! - and doesn't have a beat on their vendors. Stay away.
A very pleasant experience on Joss & Main today. The pages load quickly, there is an adequate description of each item and you are able to find bargains. There is a pretty good selection of beautiful decorative pieces for every room in the home. Also, I love that they tell when to expect delivery of your items and its' really fast. This is a very good site!

It's disappointing that a site with this type of merchandise doesn't have the option for gift wrapping or a gift receipt. I bought a shower gift from here and am having it shipped directly to the recipients as they are out of site. They will now know exactly how much I spent and it will come just in a regular box. I care less about the box/wrapping and more about them knowing the cost.
Packages are well packed, delivered intact. When spoke to representative on phone she was very helpful. Will continue to buy with JossandMain.

Such a bummer, their décor is awesome and reasonably priced, but I can't find a single thing I'm looking for on this site due to lack of a robust search engine. I don't want to search by style or designer, I just want to find all pillows or all art or whatever and there is zero ways to do that here. Use Nordstrom's for a great example of a well built site! Also I want to find item by color, pillows for example, instead of having to peruse through 300 to find the one I want. Need to get with the times on website search functionality and think about the poor customer's experience when doing it!

I have been looking for a wall clock to place in my great room. It seems that large clocks are what everyone wants now. I wanted a normal size clock to fit into my French country decor. When I found this 14" clock, it was perfect but I waited too long to purchase and it sold out. I was so disappointed because I have been looking for a long time for just the right clock. I checked several days later and the clock was back in stock. I did not delay and immediately placed my order. I look forward to receiving my clock in a few weeks. I cannot wait as I have the perfect spot for it. Thank you for offering this item again!
