I placed an order on Jollychic.com for six items totaling around $100.00. I used the size chart that is given on each individual item because I wanted to be sure of the size. I will admit, I am a plus size girl, around 0x-2x in American sizes. Based off the conversion, I ordered my pieces. Not only did shipping take almost 3 weeks exactly, but the items I purchased were all such LOW AND POOR quality. Not a single one of the six items matched the size, description or even the material that was listed on the website. I attempted to contact the supposed "24/7" customer service and could not reach them, except one time before I even placed the order. Shame on me for not reading the reviews and or the return information. All of the items, if you want them returned have to be returned within one week of receiving them and the shipping cost to return the items was almost as much as the items cost. The lowest price I was quoted was by USPS at 68 dollars, some of the other places quoted me much more, around 130 or more. Also... The company (DHL) that ships their items "fibbed" on the weight, amount of items being shipped as well as many other pieces of information on the packaging. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER IN MY LIFE RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THIS IS A GOOD SITE FOR FAMILIES. We gather our orders to get free shipping. I think they must COLLECT the items. It took about 2 weeks to get our order together than when it was shipped it was really fast. We saw it moving by the tracking number. It took about a week. They also warned us that it was busy because of Christmas holidays.
Cons... One thing I didnt understand (I THINK jollychic SHOULD MAKE IT CLEARER). YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET A 30 percent discount on first orders. But THEY DID NOT MAKE IT WELL-KNOWN. The discount CANNOT BE used on sale items. Our sole purpose was to look for those sale items. The quality of the items is fine, middle way, affordable for people. Be careful about sizes. Use the SIZECHART ( DO NOT JUST PICK YOUR USUSAL SIZE... the sizechart is better to go by. Remember this is online shopping, You cant be 100 percent sure of it as you would see it by your own eyes. You have to give a little, get a little in return. Some times its better than you thought sometimes less. But truthfully I was impressed. Especially after those terrible reviews.
