I bought several items, clothes, shoes and jewelry. I have to say I was a bit worried due to some bad reviews, but the company staff was in contact with me at all times and they responded to all my questions. The replies to my email did take 1-2 days sometimes but I expected that. As for the products, what can I say. They are extremely cheap so you can't expect high quality, but by setting your expectations low you will be impressed with some or most of your products. Pay attention to sizing, as far as that I got dresses that fitted me great bc I knew what my sizes are and looked closely to what they mentioned on the site. Some Jewelry can look cheap, but some earrings I got for $1 so again, what can you expect. And some pieces are really nice. I will buy from them again, as a matter in fact I just placed another order. As for the shipping, I am in US and it tool a little under 3 weeks. I knew it would take long so that was not an issue for me. When the package arrives you wonder if all your stuff is in there, they really know how to make a large package fit in a smaller bag :) :), the dresses were wrinkled but that is not a problem, considering what I paid for them. I would hope more ppl have the same experience as I did. My rating is based on what I paid for and what I got for that price.

I have nothing bad to say about Jollychic customers service and products this site provides. Quality of clothes is very good and ordered things fits me very well. Id surely recommend Jollychic for anyone that is in doubt yet. Dont be, Its all good :)

Very good website. There are a lot of different products, which are also very cheap, and the quality may not be even, but thanks to the system of ratings and comments, you can have an idea of how the product actually is. I find it very useful and would like to see it more elsewhere, especially with photos. The low price does not always mean low quality, I have been pleasently surprised by my order, and made another order right after. I have contacted the customer service multiple times and they are very quick to respond, very friendly and will always try to help and ask you what you would prefer, so even if there may be delay sending the order, you can ask and they will answer in the next 24 hours. Overall I'm very pleased to have discovered this website and keep on adding items to my favourites, planning on buying them later. I recommend it to you if you ever hesitate.

Excellent Customer service! Quality is very good. Prices are awesome! I ordered dress for my friend and received it 10 days earlier than estimated delivery date. Very happy as it was critical for us and we reached jollychic and they promised to do their best. And they did. I still need to send it to her but at least now I know that it will definitely make in time. I dont know if it fits perfectly but sizes look right to me. Would recommend.

They were fabulous! I loved the clothing, everything was fabulous quality and it didn't take long to come at all! I'd say two weeks maybe? They do ship from china which could be an inconvenience but if you speak to a representative about it they'll help you! I'm definitely ordering from them again. I bought a few head chains from them and they were fabulous! I placed pictures of everything I ordered! Seriously great site!

Jollychic is addictive! I shop on the website monthly and buy earrings and necklaces. Their prices are very reasonable and their products are so cute. Every time I wear a new piece of jewelry, I always receive compliments. Any time I've had a problem with a piece, it's always handled promptly and courteously. I will continue to shop with them, as do many of my friends.

I love Jollychic.com they are fantastic. There shipping is great and you get exactly what you pay for. It is a very good site to order off of online and if you have a problem they will try everything in their power to fix it. I will be a forever shopper!

I ordered a few things from Jollychic -- about $85 worth. I put in my shipping and payment information, and then received a confirmation email on the order. After a couple of days, I didn't receive an email about shipping or the like (as most website will send you information when packages ship). I checked my order on Jollychic's website and it said "unpaid." I contacted customer service and they wanted me to take a picture of my credit card and email it to their billing department. I thought that was a little ludicrous, asked for another option, but they didn't offer one. It's not trusting to send a photograph of your credit card over email. However, I ended up asking if I could cancel my order and they did so promptly. My experience is "meh" because of the payment situation. I was really looking forward to some cute inexpensive clothes, but I guess I will stick to other sites.

I really like this website: the items are very cheap and surprisingly good in quality. I am also absolutely satisfied with costumer services also. The bag I orderde was identical to what is pictured.

The jollychic.com is an excellent Web site.The products are the best quality for Money and actually been send within 2 days after confirming the order and arrived within 15 days. The other remarkable notice is the service they provide, one of the dresses had a small problem and they changed it at their own cost immediatelly.
