I ordered a set of three rings for my wife and the main middle ring came with an oval shaped ring as it had been dented and was missing two gems. When I tried to reach customer support about it, they take at least a day and a half per response. My first response was just a 35% of coupon which I was offered from the support via email. Interestingly though, the support rep via messenger offered me 40% off. I asked why the "One Year Warranty" didn't apply to my order and was then offered to have it replaced for free but I would pay the shipping fees. I will not be shopping at Joancee anymore and recommend you do not either. Additionally, the initial delivery of my order took 3 months and I had no updates on the order until it appeared at my door.

I ordered a sapphire ring…they sent the wrong colour. The ring was clearly light blue tanzanite. Now I will either have to keep the wrong colour ring or pay out of pocket to return it, despite this whole issue being their mistake. Offered a future discount, but am unwilling to order from this company ever again. Horrible experience. Admit your mistakes and don't make the customer pay for them.

I was looking for a slim inexpensive wedding band to wear daily when working in the barn. It's been hard to wear gloves with my engagement ring/wedding band, so this ring works perfectly. Add in much less expensive that if something were to happen to it, it can easily be replaced. The heart drop earrings are also exactly what I wanted. I've had a few compliments on them already.

No problems purchasing a beautiful ring for my 35th wedding anniversary. Paid an extra $26.00 to have shipped within 3-5 business days. Nearly a month later, still didn't have ring. Emailed company and they said they would refund $10.00. $10.00? NO! The least they could do is to refund the $26.00 that I paid EXTRA for my order to sit in their warehouse overseas!

I absolutely LOVE my ring. This is my second ring. I ordered the same ring years ago and decided to order another one just like it. I have one fir everyday wear & one for special occasions.

I ordered an engagement ring from them and forgot to specify some details, so I contacted them and they responded quickly. We resolved all the issues. They have good service and they respect their customers. I recommend it.

The experience was great. The delivery was fast and the process was simple and the ring is absolutely beautiful. It looks just like it did on the computer.

I ordered my ring and paid extra to have it delivered early after a couple of weeks I emailed them to let them know I haven't received or heard anything very slow about getting that order to me. I was very disappointed. I would think they would've compensated me with something extra for waiting as long as I did. I really was very disappointed but I have to say my ring is beautiful.

I received my Princess cut diamond engagement ring about 3 weeks after it was ordered. Which was unexpected because I've ordered before and it took a very long time.
When I received my ring I was overwhelmed, it is absolutely beautiful. It looks way better than I ever expected. I will be placing another order very soon.

The ring is beautiful it fit right for hubby & I & the engrave is perfect... The only problem is that my gem was loose & eventually fell out within 3 days of having... We got it back in with glue but it defiantly has lost some shine...

The rings are pretty but look better on the website. Paid for expedite shipping but didn't receive package till a month after order was placed. Even after it says ships in 4-6 business days. Never will order from them again.

I never received a confirmation for my order. As time went on I became concerned and felt like it was a scam. I reached out to the information from my order which was different from the actual Joancee website and didn't receive a response until a couple of days. When I did received a response, it was very short and didn't provide a formal introduction or anything. I also reached out about my login a d password.
That information was also incorrect. When I reached out to Joancee I was told that my shipping number didn't reflect what theirs should state with. I actually placed a hold on my payment until the order shipped. It took weeks. I love the site but not sure if I will order from them again.

All though it did take a long time i trusted the process because all i was worried about was my package being lost but they did deliver it to the wrong apt all though i emailed them about my address and they answered a complete different question that i never asked and never answered the question that i had asked but i was still able to get my package thank God.

Me & my husband purchased rings. His was unfortunately too small. He ordered a size 6 in men's I ordered a size 5.5 in women's. My ring fit Perfectly but I tried his on & it was small on me also so maybe it was sized wrong. Overall, it did take awhile for it to shop and it took awhile for me to receive it. It was worth it. Can't wait to place another order to get my husband a ring that's perfect for him.

The whole process is frustrating. The shipping method was not correct. I I'm still waiting on my other package I ordered 2 sets together but they were shipped separately! My husband ring came a month after I chose expedited shipping!

The product arrived as described. The shipping takes too long. I ordered this item for Valentine's Day and it took almost a month to arrive. I also paid for quicker shipping. Was not aware the item was originating out of China.

I received my order a week ago. The rings are beautiful and fit so well. I highly recommend this store for your online shopping. You won't be disappointed

I wanted to get my boyfriend something nice he deserved it you know and I thought it would be cool if we had matching rings so I got him the guy version of what I got and like it came as a set and we love it so much thank you for your Support
