I was a little hesitant on purchasing due to some reviews of people not receiving their packages but I'm very satisfied with my purchase and it came in a timely manner just in time for my wedding and the rings fit and look great.
Beautiful site, stunning ring settings, lots of choice. Amazing price point. Reviews were positive from previous clients & their order. Just placed my order for the first time since I'm new to the site. My Amythest ring is gorgeous. Fits well. Ordered a size 9.5, the stones are very shiny. Looks glamorous on my hand.
The rings are good quality absolutely stunning. The shipping and delivery were on time. Customer service was awesome and answered all the questions I had. I will order from Joancee company again definitely.
I've been trying to get in contact with you guys since March 20,2025 and have yet to get a response. I placed my order on March 9,2025 here it is April 10,2025. Never received email or text confirmation of my order. Didn't know if my order shipped out or not. I had to go through a third party just to find out my package was supposedly delivered March 26,2025 but not to me. I've sent multiple emails but never got an answer. I only found out that little information from a third party because their customer service is so poor! I've neverrrrr in my life had to go through so much with an order, ever! At this point it's just too much and I want my money back. I was really skeptical about ordering from here but still tried it. Now I regret my whole decision. Never again.
