Ordered a ring on Feb 2nd paid extra fees for expedited process to guarantee delivery by the 14th.
Was for Valentine's instead received it on March the 5th so disappointing

Ordered January 29th 2024 as of March 6 2025 still haven't received the ring yet paid for 6 day shipping very unprofessional just would like what I ordered

I honestly feel like it's a scam, it's been over a month and I still don't have my order. It was supposed too been here 16 days ago. Don't waste your money.

I am paying for something I didn't receive and nobody wants to refund my money or believe me. Very bad service will put bad review in at BBB if nothing is done about it.

Some of the stones are missing. Still a beautiful ring but when you look at it closely you can see them missing and it my husbands ring

I placed an order January 12,2025 I needed the items for Valentines Day. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund because it was still in production after three weeks. The lady Ivy asked me to be patient I told her know I need the items by 2/14/25 and there not going to get here in time and I brought something else. She ignored me telling me to be patient and she will give me a refund of 10USD. I said no I want my money back. So she then tells me on day 5 of me keep asking for my money back she says oh its out of production and is now being shipped. She refused to stop production and give me my money back as I requested. Now I have to refuse the package and have it sent back. I know longer need it and I want my money back. I will never use this company again. BUYERS BEWARE. I wish I had read the reviews before even dealing with this company!

I gambled on a small but important order, a sterling silver exact size ring. It arrived promptly, was packaged in stylish wrapping, and was perfectly manufactured, well polished, stamped.925. I was order again with no hesitation.

I was a little worried when I first ordered i seen some negative reviews. My experience was decent. I ordered on the Jan16th, received it on Feb 18th, roughly a month. The customer support responded in a very timely manner I have screenshots if the emails, they have responded to every single one. The box is super cute and the gift wrapping.

The ring was a special gift to my wife. She loved it. The shipping was fast and the order was accurate.

I love the jewelry but it takes too long to arrive. I've ordered several rings from Joancee but I hate the long wait.
