It was so difficult to read the captcha to reset my password. It took me ages to get in and still unable to log in so I can view my order. However, the shipment arrived within a month and we're still happy to have received. We are still going to place orders in future as it is a reliable seller.

I love my rings this is my second purchase

It does take a while to receive your rings but it's worth the wait and customer service should get back with you faster or have a number to call but other than that i love both rings I ordered

As far as getting your money's worth yes absolutely true. The shipping time was not as good as I thought it would be. So if you have a special occasion then order way ahead of time.

I ordered my ring to be delivered on January 28th. We are now here, February 23rd and I still have yet to receive my order. I'm very disappointed. This was a highly recommended birthday gift that I was looking forward for and and all I get is that they're experiencing delays and they can even give me a tracking number to expect one to receive it. Super super frustrating. If I don't get my ring by March the first. I'm canceling this order and requesting a refund. Totally disappointed.

All good. Packaging was nice. I ordered a size 6 and should have gotten a 8 instead. Other than that overall good.

It took months to receive my order when it was supposed to be 9-12 business days. They then made me pay 15 for shipping again for a new pair

Made my purchase and was charged watched the tracking and never received item. Waited a week, checked with my Postal Office and surrounding neighbors ring was no where to be found. Waiting to see how this will be corrected.

I ordered my item over a month ago and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. As of of March 1st I still have not received it. I reached out and emailed customer service and received no response

Everything was perfect. The engrave to the size so how everything looks and looked exactly like the picture.

The ring was beautiful and perfect! And of course, SHE SAID YES! Though I was running into issues with customer service. I live in the US and it seemed like the only time people could reach back out to me when I was in bed asleep. And we played tag every chance we got. And they weren't much help with questions I had. Loved the ring though! Just wasn't too pleased with customer service or delivery times

The ring is beautiful and the photo represents it well. The shipping was easy and received it in a timely fashion.

In order to return the item the customer is responsible for shipping with tracking. Which costs over $70 candian from Canada to China.

I feel like I got scammed out of my money. I place my order on October 6th 2024. Today's date is February 23rd 2025 and still haven't received my order. But they said it was because I didn't put my apartment number for the order. I updated my apartment number on October 7th 2024.
