Ring was great but I paid for engraving and didn't get it. Paid for three day shipping got it 3 weeks later. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Wanted to give 2.5. I reached out to customer service and it's email which took them a week to reply

I had some previous issues with a ring size, but I talked to one of the representatives. I had the impression that they were not going to correct my problem, but I was totally surprised that the issue has been resolved so in that respect, I will continue paying attention And I'm not sure if that's an issue with someone else but that was totally nice of you to rectify my problem again thank you very much and if I have a need for any other type of ring in the future, I will be most happy and please to purchase and thanks again for your kindness It will be totally appreciated. Ring is pretty but to big for me not size wise height wise it doesn't look that big in the picture please start a return process
