The order from December never arrived for me to find out there was a discrepancy in the address. It too some phone calls to find out it had been sent back by USPS even though my phone number was on the label. I had to wait I guess until you received the package back of which I understand, for another to be assembled & resent. There were many emails between myself & Ivy however I nowhave my ring & it is BEAUTIFUL!

The shopping experience was great. However I do not like how they don't send you updates on your order. I had to email them over n over to get information on my order. I never even got a tracking email, it was so different from my first experience. Overall I love my ring, it's beautiful and everything I expected it to be.

Loose gem

The ring is beautiful it fit right for hubby & I & the engrave is perfect... The only problem is that my gem was loose & eventually fell out within 3 days of having... We got it back in with glue but it defiantly has lost some shine...

I purchased this because of the design. I got a great deal! I went by there size guide and being that I have years of sales in jewelry. I ordered. Paid for engraving and it looks nice as long as you have a light on it. So of course I am excited, when I get it. Waited weeks and weeks. So I get it. Try it on and just heart broke! So I write the company. This is Sterling silver, fake stones, and the return policy is ridiculous! Stay away from them! I am out the money. No ring. Customer service is horrible! I do not recommend them at all! I gave 2 stars because the ring is pretty and the nice box! Do your self a favor and order from Amazon or a company that won't rip you off!

Approach to Problem

I never received a confirmation for my order. As time went on I became concerned and felt like it was a scam. I reached out to the information from my order which was different from the actual Joancee website and didn't receive a response until a couple of days. When I did received a response, it was very short and didn't provide a formal introduction or anything. I also reached out about my login a d password.
That information was also incorrect. When I reached out to Joancee I was told that my shipping number didn't reflect what theirs should state with. I actually placed a hold on my payment until the order shipped. It took weeks. I love the site but not sure if I will order from them again.

All though it did take a long time i trusted the process because all i was worried about was my package being lost but they did deliver it to the wrong apt all though i emailed them about my address and they answered a complete different question that i never asked and never answered the question that i had asked but i was still able to get my package thank God.

The whole process is frustrating. The shipping method was not correct. I I'm still waiting on my other package I ordered 2 sets together but they were shipped separately! My husband ring came a month after I chose expedited shipping!

Don't pay for expedited shipping!

I placed my order at the beginning of last month and after 35 days it finally arrived. I paid the additional $26 for 3-5 shipping. If I had known I would still have to wait over a month I would have saved my money. Customer service takes days to respond and fights to not help you in anyway.

Will never buy again!

I ordered on February 6. Is paid already and is March 11 and my order still with the status shipped. I contact customer service, they provide me a tracking number the fourth time that I wrote them. This tracking number dont give the status for days! Very upset! I hace to buy another pair of rings because the order is not on time. Waste of money and time.

We had ordered a wedding ring from this company. Paid express shipping. Sadly they failed miserably.
On a positive note. The ring was beautiful and just what my wife wanted. The quality was awesome. So buyer beware. If you need it quickly, you need to look elsewhere.

No refund for an Unwanted ring

I ordered a ring and then five minutes later changed my mind so I immediately sent a message to cancel my order. By the time someone responded days later that person told me it had already been shipped. And I was going to send it back and get a refund however it would cost 200 dollars to ship internationally. So now I'm stuck with a ring I don't want.

Bad service

I purchased this ring back in January just got it yesterday March I emailed several times with no response. I paid for the expedited shipping and it still took over a month to get my ring yes they did refund the expedited shipping but definitely took way to long especially for them to respond.
