I paid him and as i pulled out the manager said "you dont need to come back here" I called him a jerk and he called me a prick.

Customer service is always something to expect at this location as well as quick visits. My technician Devin was knowledgeable on questions I had and overall made my experience great.
After doing oil change my car started leaking profusely, went back and have no resolve the issue, took it three times and didn't get the problem resolved, no response
I went to JL in Hummelstown, PA where I had an inspection and an oil change. Inspection stated that all 4 tire pressures were checked, however, my 2016 Ford Escape gave me a warning light A WEEK LATER indicating I had low pressure in my tires. When I checked them, I found that NONE OF THE TIRES HAD THE CORRECT PRESSURE. They were supposed to have 35 pounds but all had less than 30 pounds. I was also charged $54 for two wiper blades (required to pass PA inspection). My husband was furious at the cost as well as the fact that we had to spend more money to get the tires inflated to the correct pressure. We are NEVER going back to JL again!

Read all the reviews, anyone who knows how to change their own oil, don't waste your time at this place. All they do is try to "up sell" you stuff you DONT NEED.
Took our vehicle for an oil change on 10/12/19. Even though our car had never been outside of CA before, they stated that our car had been to their service station over and over (we later found out a previous owner took it to a location in Los Angeles, CA) and wanted to upsell everything (which we expected but declined as our car was in perfect running condition before we took it to this location).
We thought everything was fine after we left until our car started having several code issues pop up, almost immediately after leaving. We had to replace our O2 sensor as it was somehow damaged in the oil change (it had just been replaced in September 2019 before we drove from CA to NJ), and had constant issues with our car now stalling when it had been completely fine before the oil change. We found out four days after the oil change that the employees never reconnected our hoses when they disconnected the air filter system in my car, which was causing all sorts of fuel injection errors. Rather than having this shady location touch my car again, we fixed it ourselves at our own cost.
Do NOT trust Jiffy Lube to touch your car, this is not the first time a Jiffy Lube location has ruined a vehicle of mine but it sure is going to be the LAST. I will not ever return to another Jiffy Lube location and I highly recommend that nobody else does either. There are so many places to get an oil change these days that are so much more respectful to the owner and to the car itself. (Photos of the damage attached)

The man who waited on me was named 'Twin.' He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did his work quickly and efficiently! Also, He had very nice manners.
In April 2021 I took my 2017 Toyota Camry LE for a synthetic oil & filter change at the Jiffy Lube (JL) store #248, address: 424 King George Road, Woodbridge NJ *******. I had changed the air filter of the Camry on regular intervals.
On that day in April, this JL presented me someone's cabin air filter that was chewed up, "blackened" and full of acorn pieces, as if a squirrel had been living in the air vent to the cabin for five+ years.
A completely destroyed filter can't be that of a 2-month-old filter on a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry. It's actually preposterous. Checked a new filter a year later and it was still brand new with a bit of dust. And also, one plus years later.
Beware! It's straight forward and evident that this Jiffy Lube (JL) store #248, address: 424 King George Road, Woodbridge NJ ******* tried to up-sell me a Toyota Camry cabin air filter for $50.00. Because of the up-sell I provided this review.

On the 20th of December, we brought our family car to have a tire rotation to the Jiffy Lube on 455 E 53rd st. Davenport IA. We were informed a lug nut on the rear driver side broke and...THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EQUIPTMENT TO FIX IT! Also they blamed the last place that rotated our tires, for over tightening the lug nut. They made us wait 45 minutes while they called the other place in attempt to make them fix the broken lug nut. Although they did not charge us for the tire rotation, I did have to make an appointment with the other place to have the damage lug nut replaced...thanklyou for the $100.00 plus bill I now have to pay! My family have decided that from now on, we will take our vehicles to the other place for oil changes and tire care. We will no longer use Jiffy Lube for any services. J.
I got a Oil Change on April 24 on May 17th My engine seized up. I was told that the Oil Filter was replaced improperly. There was oil all over my undercarriage, and I have pictures to prove it. Jiffy Lube sent their manager to look at my car and he remove the Oil Filter and took it with him. There Insurance Company NATIONWIDE denied the claim saying they did nothing wrong. It will cost me $10,000 to replace the engine, I have made signs up for my car which reads DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE1 THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR IT COST ME $10,000, I hope Jiffy lube and South bay lube enjoy the advertising I am doing for them I have 2 cars that are on the road 8-10 hours aday.A lot of future customer will be seeing this. Oh and by the way no one from Jiffy lube would return a phone call BEWARE OF JIFFY LUBE. This will be a daily thing for me Getting the word out.

I left with grease marks on the seat of an almost new car (14k miles), no valve stem caps on the passenger side, dirty windows (they weren't touched even though it was checked off on the service order), and tires that were never rotated. My vehicle never left the oil change bay until I drove it away from the exit side after the oil change. I spoke to the manager (Brian Mizell) who said he would "have a huddle" with the service guys but offered nothing further until I pressed the issue. All he offered me was 20% off future visits. + My receipt shows I payed for the rotation which still hasn't happened. THERE WON'T BE FUTURE VISITS J/A!
I went to jiffy lube for a long over due oil change. My windshield wipers also were ruined. I noticed my front headlight would go on and off. And my transmission dip stick for some reason pops out. So I got all these things done. All of a sudden one of the workers said to the person handling my bill. "We have $10 off wipers this weekend, make sure to subtract it". So it was subtracted. Then another technician said your transmission fluid is low. It may have something to do with your dipstick poping out issue. So they topped off my transmission fluid. Then the other technician changed the headlight. While this was going on a worker was washing my windows. I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything done exactly that was needed and requested. Oh almost forgot. Another technician saw my coolant was on the low side and topped it off. The location was in Tukwilla WA. I do see some bad reviews here that are also honest. But this shop was totally energized. People seemed happy to work there. My best experience getting an oil change. For the subpar Jiffy lubes out there based on some reviews here. It is recommended to reach to this Jiffy Lube as an example of how customers should be treated especially when there are so many other options. Thumbs up.
Very fast, helpful and friendly service at the Radcliff location! I would HIGHLY recommend, they offer a variety of services meet many of your automotive needs!

My car is 2 years old. Went in for an oil change. My filters weren't properly put back in by the mechanics. I had to go back to jiffy lube 3 times in one week because my light kept coming on, and my car was jolting when I would accelerate. I was told by a jiffy lube supervisor to go to Nissan to get whatever the issue was fixed as the supervisor admitted they messed up and had the same thing happen at another location with another Nissan. After I got the work done, I went and gave jiffy lube my invoice, and now they are not paying for the full invoice. I had Nissan call Jiffy and explain what work needed to be done because jiffy lube said I got a service that was not needed. Nissan called and explained exactly why this was done. Jiffy lube still refused to reconsider. Not only was I inconvenienced by the time I had to keep going back and fourth to the service center, I was without a car for two days, had to pay an uber to get back to work from jiffy, and now I'm stuck with a bill- all because their mechanics messed up. You'd think because of all this inconvenience, I'd atleast get my oil change credited back because of the experience I've had. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone take their car there.
My tire was low it was cold and rainy the men at jiffylube without hesitation put air in my tire... that's why I get my oil changed at jiffylube they are the BEST

Don't work for them if you don't want to get paid unlesss u be working for free. He won't call u they won't ask phone my mangers no help
I've been a customer of Jiffy lube for several years. I have my oil and fuel fluids changed there. I went there last week as usual got my oil changed and also requested my fuel filter needed changing as well. The young lady there stated that the fuel filter was not in stock but she could order it and have it in tomorrow morning. I agreed she ordered it and i paid for the oil change 166.00 and left. The next morning I returned to Jiffy lube and the same young lady pulled me right in the bay no wait at all and said my fuel filter was in. I wated several minutes and finally another employee came up and said they can not do my fuel filter change. I said why I come here all the time. He returned to his manager and ask again. Upon his return he said manager said he couldn't. After that I ask to speak to manager and the manager. Once the manager came over he stated it would take 2 hours to change my fuel filter and to take my vehicle somewhere else because he has too many oil changes wait. He slammed my hood and i drove off. I was there today at Wellington Rd location I call ahead of time they told me they are closed at 6pm I arrived at 4:15pm I was next in line yet I was told to back up and they let someone go ahead of me when that person came after me at 5:08pm I was to leave they don't have time to change my car tires never again I will go there waist my time and I urge others not to go there service is terrible
