I have ordered a few items and have found the quallity to be very good! Lost a stone from my ring and it was replaced easily and without hassle, and have had NO other issues or problems. Other items purchased were beautiful and lived up to the pictures. I am very happy with the items that I have ordered in the past and looking forward to receiving my next purchase!
The process to purchase is easy, why? Because the product you ultimately get is NOT what the photo looks like unless you use a magnifying glass. My sons made a mother's ring for me for Mother's Day and the side stones were so small we couldn't tell which one was which. It's companies like this which makes shopping on the Internet suspect. Go to a brick and mortar store so that you can get a quality product. If you do get something DO NOT take off the store tag because if you do you will not be able to get a refund.
From finding it online -to it delivered to the front door no hassle and super quick (apart from the postal strike). Kept up dated every step of the way. Cannot fault it. Super pleased with my ring and cannot wait to wear it and show it off.

So i have seen many reviews on jewlrs products many being hit or miss. I was very scared buying a product online from a retailer not many people have reviewed but I decided a few things needed to be said. I ordered my boyfriend a tungsten band for around 80 dollars I thought it was a good deal and was very happy with the purchase. When it came it it was a tad to big but that was my own fault it was very nice and I didn't see any scratches or Mark's whatsoever it came in a basic black ring box and it comes with certificates of authenticity. My boyfriend loves this product and has has it since Christmas and has had not a single problem no green finger and the ring has a nice weight to it while still being light. It came on time as well but tracking was a bit off!

My first purchase, and tho I have not yet received product, the shopping experience is 5 Star rated. The website is best I know of, from remembering the gemstones of the first ring I selected and applying to all rings in the full line up, to the option of delivery dates, from standard delivery to two day service, to providing a third option which I truly wish other companies would offer. A shorter then standard, but longer then the fastest, option... this 3rd choice allows for a more precise delivery date which I would give a give a 6th star if possible. I ordered the mothers ring with the eternity band very fast receiving what was ordered and love it just wish I would have ordered it with stones for my grandchildren also it would have looked better with more than 2 stones
After taking delivery of a double baguette pendant, I was a little disappointed with the size of the item. The chain was very thin and the pendant, although nicely made, was very small. I do not recall any measurements on the website to indicate size and the pop ups did not state a size. A little underwhelmed for the price.
I ordered a reversible flip ring and it arrived more than a week early! The online ordering system was extremely pleasant and easy. And I trusted the site more knowing it was Canadian and not in China.
The pendant on the necklace I ordered was smaller and much thinner than I expected. The photos made it look more substantial than the one I received. The stones were also smaller. It was pretty and made as I ordered, but be prepared for the item to be smaller than expected.
I ordered 2rings for family members this Christmas. Both rings came in a few days of my order & prettier that I expected. I would order from this seller again. Great service. I even made a mistake in stone when I placed order, I sent an email the shortly after I sent order they fixed my mistake & still had order in a few days. Great job

Picture of ring is misleading of ring size. Band is so thin you can only read inscription with magnifying glass because band is only as thick as a string! Stones look fake! I am disappointed in the quality of the ring!
