The necklace itself is beautiful, but the initials are in the wrong order for a monogram. The initial of the last name should be in the middle, with the first and middle initials on either side. Other than that, it's lovely.

Was a little hesitant as the ring i ordered was a birthday gift for my mom. I worried it wouldn't ship in time. They shipped it fast and kept me updated via Facebook messenger which was great as i check that more consistently than my emails. Also liked that a real person was sending the messages and not a computer.
I ordered an engraved photo locket for a gift and it was not what I expected. I messaged customer service but did not expect to be offered a refund because it was customized engraving. However, a full refund was offered. As it turned out, the recipient loved it so no refund was needed, but I was impressed with the company's response.
I ordered a neckless for my daughter for Christmas it never showed up. I sent a e-mail and told them what happened. One week later I have the neckless in my hand this place is amazing. They worked with me to make shore I got my neckless. And the neckless is perfect. She will love it and we will be the best mom an dad ever.
Had a few issues with ordering my husband's Ring. Not turning up on time for xmas. Getting lost in transit, so had to wait for another ring to be made. With all this going on, jewlr did keep me update through out and sorted the issue very well. Received the ring in time for my husbands 50th birthday. Thankyou Jewlr. The ring is beautiful.
I loved the necklace and the price. But, as in most things, it was a bit too good to be true. I am highly allergic to non-gold/silver metals, and I broke out intensely from the gold chin. I had to replace it with a bona fide gold chain from a local jeweller. But I still love the cross, so it was worth it.
I was disappointed with the chain that I got with the rose gold bar. It is not what the pic showed, it looks like it will break so easily because it is so fine and delicate, I guess the pic was very very magnified. If I would have paid $40 or $50 I would understand but it ended up costing me $180
I ordered a ring for my mom's 50th birthday, the process of picking out a ring with custom birth stones was so simple and detailed, but I was disappointed that I had ordered too late and it would actually be arriving a day later than her birthday, but it came early! I got it 2 hours before our celebration for her and was able to give it to her. She loved it, and started choking up. Overall a great experience, and if I need another ring I'll be sure to go to Jewlr!
This place is a joke. My husband ordered me a ring from there in 2019. In March of this year, one of the stones fell out. I contacted them to get it replaced. I had to pay $64 for the stone, repair and shipping. Their repair policy states that while they have the ring, they will check it over to make sure all of the prongs are good and such. Well, here we are in November and the other stone fell out because of another broken prong. I contacted the company, and again, they want to charge me $69 for the repair. This ring was not cheap, therefore it should not be breaking multiple times. If they would have checked it over when they had it in March like they said they did, they would have been able to repair the other prong as well and I wouldn't be in this situation. They won't even offer to waive the shipping fee.
I just placed my order & the site was very easy to use. I will admit I am extremely nervous about the quality of the item. I hope it's what I am expecting. The price was fantastic - that is what has me worried, that & some of the reviews I've read.
While the ring I ordered for my grand daughter to give her mom for mothers day was pretty... The size of the ring itself was very small and misrepresented in the photos. Was going to order another for myself but not now. I feel like the ring was very much mis-represented.
To be honest... The ring I got was a little smaller than I expected... However... It was beautiful and I am more pleased than I thought I would be. There was a slight issue I had, and they did the right thing and fixed it very fast. I am very happy with this purchase and I will be shopping from them again!
I bought a "sparkly love" infinity ring ($89 on sale, usually $119) for myself a couple weeks ago. It arrived right on time in a decent box along with a certificate of authenticity. The free gift I chose, a "double halo" necklace, was actually a little better-looking than the ring I paid for. My ring is paper-thin, the stones significantly smaller than I expected, and the word "love" sitting on one side of it wasn't molded very well. The letter "l" looks more like an ice cream cone, and the "e" is actually nothing but a tiny circle. It also runs a little large. I ordered a size 6.5, and it's still too big for my ring finger, so it's sitting on my middle finger now. Not exactly what I expected, but it still looks pretty to those who didn't see its picture on the site. I'm not returning the ring, but I'm not returning to Jewlr either. That's why I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2 or 4. Would I recommend this place? Oh, yes, if you're getting a necklace. For rings, shop elsewhere.
I thought is was easy to do as well as helpful and easy to use create the ring I like and wanted. It goes into a a setting where I can create the ring which includes metal ring size and whatever kind of stones I want placed in there
It was very easy to make my gift selection. Some of the suggestions seemed strange... like a picture for the box. When I received the package I was impressed. The packaging was very sturdy, thereby protecting my gift. The card was beautifully done. A surprise was how wonderful the picture looked on the gift box. They also included a little storage sack and care instructions. I would recommend Jewelr to anyone looking for a well made and professional product. Thank you Jewelr!

Trying to find alexandrite, even synthetic, in a brick and mortar store, I was told I would be paying at least $500 for the stone alone, and $10,000 for genuine. I had been eying mother's rings for myself from jewlr for a long time, so I checked it out for my mom. I was able to customize a ring for under $300, synthetic stone, setting, accent diamonds, 10k gold. It's beautiful, and the free and $9 jewelry I got with it is so cute too!

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
