I needed a repair on a ring purchased in 2018. When I called customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the help I received. My ring was repaired beautifully and is back on my finger. They are the best customer service that I have experienced in a long, long time.
I cant fought there crews behind the screens, always remanding kind, professional and super helpful.
Always responded to my emails and I wasn't bombarded with automatic responses, I was speaking with real people through out my service,
I had a slight issue with the delivery side of things but they were quick to get things rectified and now i have my item safe and sound.

I was very displeased with the quality of this merchandise. It was very brittle and looked like something out of a bubble gum machine. You can barely make out the name on the chain, it was soo thin and small. Just very cheaply made. Like your scared to wear it cuz it looks soo fragile. Soo I returned it and it gets worse because they take about 3 weeks to refund you the money and they don't give the full refund. They said in the policy states no refund on gift wrapping and customized boxing yet they wont give you the a refund if you don't return the the customized box and wrap. That's kind of like stealing my hard earned money and I had to pay shipping for the return. Don't buy jewelry from here nor believe the hype of these phony reviews. You will wish you took my advice.
This is my 1st time ordering from here. Why I order was my daughter loves the symbol and with the birth stone plus mom was just right so I order it for her from her kids my grandchildren for a Christmas gift. They have beautiful peaces. I gave them a 3 but never seeig the peaces I'm give them a 3.
I had gotten a ring from my boyfriend he purchased from jewlr. I loved it so much! A few weeks after he left on a mission, the stone fell out- I was devastated. As a new college student, I worried that it would be expensive to fix, and I wouldn't be able to afford it. But after reaching out to jewlr on their easy to use website, I found it affordable and easy to ship back my ring for repairs! I got it back fairly quickly and it's beautiful! I'm falling in love with it all over again. 10/10 would recommend. Jewlr was helpful, easy, and of great quality.
I recieved my package and there was some flaws in the jewelry. Anna was very helpful in coming up with a solution on how to satisfy her customer. Due to the level of customer service I received, I returned the ring and purchased a new one. I wanted to continue my business even after receiving defective jewelry.
Great service, the family ring came on time, we weren't sure if it would fit and it was a xmas gift for our daughter, I got in touch with customer service who assured me there would be no problem exchanging the ring for a different size after the xmas rush was over. Fortunately the ring fit our daughter and she was very pleased with it.
I received a rose gold lotus necklace about a year ago that was beautiful and dainty, and I loved it. Since then, I have had to have it repaired 3 times because the chain keeps breaking. I don't have a single other necklace that I've had to repair even once, and I wear necklaces daily. Each time the necklace broke, it was after it came in contact with chlorinated water. The company claims it uses real 10K gold, but I find it unusual it can't withstand pool water. Again, never had this happen to a single other necklace, so I really can't recommend this company at all, even though the necklace is beautiful.
Spent over $200 carefully selecting/designing a special keepsake ring for my daughter. When the ring arrived it looked nothing like the picture that confirmed before I placed my order on the web page. The band is very thin and you can barely read the tiny skew printed message. I ordered a lovely ring and the thick band complimented the design. Thin and dainty is what arrived. I'm taking it to a proffesional jewler to asses if the stones and silver are real. I have my doubts after searching Jewlr complaints after I placed my order. Too late to cry over spilt milk.
I was so pleased to find that Jewlr were able to make a 3 stone birth ring that I wanted to but for my wife's birthday. The options available were exactly what I had been looking for so I was happy to place my order. Then Covid-19 struck us and the delivery date was unlikely to be met, however, I explained to them the importance of the delivery date and they pulled out all the stops and via. Fed Ex got the ring to me 3 days before I required it. I and my wife are totally delighted with it and I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

I have used jewlr on several occasions now and have found everything to be exellent except the mobile website is very slow and buggy and seems to lose the multi angle picture views. Would still suggest to others to use
I bought my mom a ring from here for her birthday. Loved getting to personalize it with my siblings birthstones. They have cute designs too. But within a month of having the ring and only wearing it a handful of times, one of the stones had fallen off. There's a one year warranty but you still have to pay the shipping both ways. I already spent a lot of money on the ring and then to have to spend more because it was made poorly is dissapointing. That should be included when it's a manufacturer's error.
Even though I like the premise of the site, I won't buy from them again. When I spend that much money I want to know it's going to last.

It was great options for not a bad price easy to figure out the layout was great and prices weren't super high. I enjoyed having the options for different designs colors and sizes were great. The little hints and information is all there I dont feel like i had to read between the lines.
Saw the 3 disc necklace on the web and decided it would be the perfect gift for my daughter. Was satisfied with the easy ordering process; the arrival of the item on the designated date. Was super satisfied with the style and script of the necklace. I had ordered a ring for my husband 10 days before I deployed. I wrote their customer service team asking if there was ANY WAY they could rush it so that I could have it before I left. It's been awhile since I received my ring ( 3 birthstone infinity ring) I paid extra for genuine stones. The diamond on my ring looks like an accent diamond, it was not the same size as the other stones! The ring is disappointing to look at. Buyer Beware!

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
