The ring I bought arrived and is exceptionally flimsy and the diamond is really small. Supposed to be a 1.1 carat but looks tiny. I have asked for a return. Received the ticket number but they have not responded since with regards to the shipping number. The other purchase was a 2.5 carat diamond that looks like a dirty piece of glass. Same process as you cannot send 2 things back on the same ticket. It has been weeks, I have sent numerous emails and still no response. I would not recommend wasting your money.
OK! I really don't care for rings that are plated because the plating always rubs off then they look like CRAP. I like the stones in these rings.
The only thing I really didn't care for is you shipping, $20.00 for your first item then so much for each item afterwords. Gets expensive and your paying more for shipping than you pay for the items.
The bracelet was flimsy and broke the first time I wore it.

Besides the fact that it took a month to ship, the moissanite is beautiful. Not so sure on the band as it seems a bit flimsy even for gold, but I'm planning on removing the center stone anyways.

When I had issues with a few items, the customer service did good job to resolve them. Although shipping was bit slow, considering the value of every day jewelry, it's worth waiting. I also like some of their designs and craftsmanship.
Deals are good but when ordering multiple pcs you should ba able to ship together for the same cost. You shio each individually making the costs high. Example: I got 7 different pics that could have shipped in the sane package for about $15 total instead of the $14 each.
