Happy with purchase, slow to receive

I won 2 auctions in December that were going to ship together. 6 weeks after not receiving anything, I contacted customer service, they were quick to reply and advised that one item was ready, but the other wasn't available yet and that was what was holding up the order. They said they would ship the one and I got that about 10 days later. Another 6 weeks go by and still no sign of the 2nd item, so i contacted them again. Again quick to reply and I am sure they were genuine when they apologized for the delay. 10 days later I got my 2 item, so 3 months total. All in all I am happy with the purchases and they were good with their responses

I won two emerald rings back in December and never received them, I have requested a refund and have never received that either. They were purchased for a gift to give in January and here it is March 1st and still NOTHING

Unhappy Customer

I bid $105 on a 18 inch 18k necklace and won the bid but when it arrived, I felt like I was ripped off. The necklace was so thin you couldn't even notice it if someone was wearing it not to mention that it would break so easily and be lost. The other two bids were for another 18 inch 18k necklace and 18k gold heart shape pendant for $185 combined but never arrived which was over two months ago.

Scammers DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

They charged more than I was aware of bidding aud turns out to be US dollars.
I did not receive my whole order they make up excuses and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order there products are not what they make out they are online… DON'T BUY they are SCAMMERS

Shipping takes entirely too long. Wish multiple items bought on same date would be shipped together to reduce shipping costs.
Bidding and buying process very clear and simple. Products received were as, or very closely resembled, pictures on auction site.

Shipping delays

I have been waiting since early October for my item to be shipped. The second item was won in November and it also has not been shipped.
I have been advised that they will give the dispatch department a reminder.
I am still however waiting to hear when it will be shipped.

Site used to be reliable. Bought three items, one never showed up, the two other's might as well stayed there. Gold they said! It was a painted gold.All broken up in a state of disrepair. Gold si thin it cannot be soldered, great learning experience, cancelled my membership.

This used to be a trustworthy site. I bought three items lately. One never showed up. The two others were advertised as 18kt. Pendants with Onyx. The gold content is super thin. The ringlet that the chain should have gone through was crushed and was detached from the pendant. They did not offer to take it back and offered a $20.00 (discount) and then $40.00 (discount). The gold is so thin (paper is thicker) that the pendant cannot be worn. Moreover, the local jeweler said that he could not reassemble the ring with the pendant as the 'gold, too thin' cannot be repaired/soldered. The panther pendant cannot be handled, it's nose got indented/crushed while trying to fix it due to thinness. The two pendants I received and the one missing totaled more than $550.00 cdn. I feel that I have bee totaly had! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR $$$$$ AWAY! I ended up cancelling my membership with these yahoos! Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twic, shame on you! The jeweler told me that what I received (2 pieces) was not worth more than $25.00 cdn, and she told me that was generous!

Bad Apple

I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.

I'm shopping at jewelry room since last fall, bought over 20 items. 90%of them are good quality (as exactly the photo shows). When I had issues with a few items, the customer service did good job to resolve them. Although shipping was bit slow, considering the value of every day jewelry, it's worth waiting. I also like some of their designs and craftsmanship.

I purchased 3 solid gold rings and 4 silver rings.
They only sent me the silver not the gold and lied about it costing me to over draft my account and fees.
They are so full of crap!
And quality diamonds They advertise on there auctions are low grade not worth a cent!
Took rings to a pawn and jewelry shop both said tha same thing!
Jewelry room are crooked sons of a *itches!

“They only sent me the silver not the gold and lied about it costing me to over draft my account and fees.”

“First, we have searched our customer database from 2017-2023 and found no customer by the name CHRIS A. With a similar purchase.”

“Second, the first image of the ring is shown in a jewelry box. We do not offer this type of jewelry box. This is NOT our jewelry box and we cannot see the front view of the jewelry.”

“Third, Looking closely, you can see the earrings has a clear plastic backing. All our earrings do NOT have a big piece of clear plastic as a backing display. We do not have any clear plastic for our earrings. Therefore, we can confirm these images of jewelry do not belong to Jewelryroom.”

“Fourth, all our jewelry from the factory will have hallmarked stamps, such as 10K or 14K for metals purity and RT stamped as our factory company source.”

“Because it’s impossible to tell how pure a precious metal item is by simply looking at it, only official assaying can guarantee standards. Assay Office laboratories will test precious metal purity using the latest technologies, including x-ray and laser analysis.”

Customer said,
“my bank causing me to over draft my account and fees and fines I had to pay”

“Our company does not hold any payment or credit card info. Therefore, there is no access to additional fees or charges after the payment transition. In some cases that may lead to this situation are… Customer may not be aware that if their credit card is a non US Dollar payment, customer will default to agree to any exchange rate fee by their credit card provider. The customer may also get an extra fee from the credit card company if they exceed their card limit.”

Conclusion,
As these two images are shown in this review. We now know the jewelry box do not belong to us, we also know the earrings with clear plastic backing do not belong to us. Plus we have no database by the name Chris A. We can confirm that this reviewer did not purchased through JewelryRoom, until this customer has more proof to be shown.

We understand some customers may mistake us as another company. These complaints could easily be written by our business competitors.

Remember, if there are any problems with our products, we have our customer service department handle the issue with an average of 6 hours reply and follow-up.

No 100% Satisfaction Guarante

The ring I bought arrived and is exceptionally flimsy and the diamond is really small. Supposed to be a 1.1 carat but looks tiny. I have asked for a return. Received the ticket number but they have not responded since with regards to the shipping number. The other purchase was a 2.5 carat diamond that looks like a dirty piece of glass. Same process as you cannot send 2 things back on the same ticket. It has been weeks, I have sent numerous emails and still no response. I would not recommend wasting your money.
